Did a couple of workouts with the Apple Watch Series 4 before doing the torture test (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/fch_eJSFl62lm6s.html). The Sport Loop is still my favourite BUT the sport loop that came with my Apple Watch Series 4 is SMALLER than the Series 3. Did anybody else notice this?

I actually wear the steel milanese when working out. The mesh metal seems to eliminate sweat residue.

Just discovered the "sport loop" last week, totally agree with you. It is the most comfortable and best for working out. I get the most accurate HR readings with the sport loop for some reason. With the other bands I get periods of several minutes with no HR recorded. Maybe because of the better fit and slight stretch of the band it stays where it is supposed to. Thanks for the vid

Great review... except the sport loop is 100% waterproof nylon. It doesn’t actually ABSORB the water, it just gets in between the nylon threads. It’s fine for swimming with

I use de sport loop for years. Ideal for fitness and swimming too. It does dry very fast. They are the only straps I use everyday!

Have both the Nike and nylon loop. And I agree . I wear my Nylon loop everyday ! And love the Nike sports loop for swimming because it doesn’t need time to dry .

The sport loop is like pajama pants for your wrist. It’s super comfortable and more form fitting than the Milanese loop.

I love how the dog is at the background doing the "I am not mad, I am just disappointed" face the whole time. LOL

found this as I'm looking at a new Apple Watch. I love the look of the fabric sport loops, but I sweat a lot running and biking and I think it would just smell and be a mess. I think I need to stick with the nike. loop.

Great review of sports bands thanks. Personally I've been using the Apple sports loop strap, for everyday use and for swimming most days. The chlorine water doesn't appear to be affecting it, but like my goggles, I always rinse it off in the shower after a swim. It's really comfortable and probably the easiest band to put on and quickly adjust. I love it so much I seldom change it for any of my other bands, unless I'm going somewhere special.

Great video and super helpful. Don't know anyone else that has done such a no biased video. I have to try the nike band since I sweat a lot. Love the watch in the gym though.

Easy way to clean Apple sports loops & also nylon watch bands: put them in a laundry bag for delicates and put the bag in the wash. After you take them out they are dry in about 1/2 an hour or so.

The Nike sport band is just the only band I use year around in the summer it’s great cause it’s breathable it looks coolest and I can sweat like crazy and it’s not an issue

Can you wash the sport loop with soap and water? I would want to disinfect it at some point to keep it hygienic? Thanks

I really dislike the Nike sport band. It catches my arm hair and even pinches wrist skin when I'm trying to fold the excess strap into the band. I'm using the smaller of the two bands to avoid all that extra thick silicone band wrapping up one side. The thinness of the solo loop is great, but when really sweating that solo loop will slide right off me. I'm going to have to try the sport loop next, even though I think its the worst looking visually. Will be for workouts only, for sure.

Had same issues with regular sport band. Got so sweaty and water gets stuck. So when I got the new Apple Watch 7 got the Nike version watch band much better for workouts.

I just traded my iPhone 11 for an iPhone 15. I looked at numerous videos of yours. They are great and I love your dog. I just received my Apple Sportloop after having many third-party bands for my iPhone 11. So far I love it and think it is worth the money. One thing bothers me though. The colors of the tabs on the end of these bands are not tasteful. My Ocean Blue band has an orange tab. Really? Why? The only thing I can think of is Apple wants to distinguish their bands from knock-offs. This would only be meaningful to an Apple fanboy, however. I am thinking of painting mine black but will wait a bit.

This video is informational But I have one problem I can’t get the sport bands or the Nike sport loop because my wrist are so tiny all I can use is the sport loop And if you thinking oh I could use the milineese loop but NO I CANT USE THAT ONE EITHER because guess why MY WRISTS ARE TOO SMALL it goes all the around my wrist and will touch the other side of the watch and it will still be too loose 😠

Does the milanese strap loosen during a workout or is the magnet strong enough to hold it in place?

I’ve only got the pink sand sports band and a Milanese band from AliExpress I find the sports band does nothing for sweat it makes it slippery I like the Velcro sports loop ones for sweat workouts etc

How do the braided bands hold on in regards to smell when you workout with them? Assuming you're sweating and the material absorbs the moisture.

The Milanese loop is probably my favorite too, but at that price, I’m not getting one! Maybe a knock off, but the ones I’ve seen suggested it’s not for sports use and that the color would fade or scratch off. Ha!

Hi Aaron, I've been struggling if I'm going to replace my nike watch band with a nike loop strap. But I'm also wearing my Apple Watch into shower everyday in order to keep it clean and I do not enjoy having the watch not on my wrist. I'm a tennis guy so might be sweating more than gym workout. Should I change it?
