Hey homies just some quick notes real fast! - I chose to omit 4 star Artifact sets completely by choice, I am aware of instructor's power and things like Exile on Gorou being very strong :) This was for two reasons. 1. Wanted the video to be easy to understand for players of all levels, Instructor is good but nerfs the user's stats pretty hard, is only to buff up team, etc. Not super beginner friendly character building stuff imo (also I don't exactly think it's HTE BEST for any character anyway). - I didn't do constellation related discussion because, well I don't want this video to be 8 hours long lmao. Plz keep giving advice in the comments tho on builds that change at certain constellations! Though I'd like to add something to Faruzan 17:08: If she were to be at C6, one can get away with equipping Tenacity of the Millelith onto her since the Rupturing Vortexes (which counts as Skill DMG) will occur more frequently thus boosting the whole team's ATK by 20% with good uptime. Very strong option, as to whether its better than Noblesse Oblige will come down to substats I guess but I'd still recommend TotM over Noblesse Oblige if Faruzan were to be ran with Bennett who loves to run Noblesse only because Noblesse doesn't stack.

As a Tighnari main, Shimenawa is very undervalued on him. You have to play your rotations right, but it's actually very good on him. 45% Charge Attack damage on him is no joke. You just E, Charge > Swap to your other characters, to do their things, swap back to him (he should have his ult back by then), finish the other 2 Charge attacks, and his E should be up again to do E, 3 CA again. Very short rotations but the output is so frontloaded it's insane. The Shime buff lasts for 2 rotations and it absolutely shreds enemies.

For Jean and Sayu: if run as a healer/battery in double geo Xiao team, Jean/Sayu is a noblesse holder. Same goes for Xingqiu in double hydro Hu Tao+Xiangling and taser comps. Bennett in burgeon teams (thundering furry, flex for thoma burgeon etc) runs Instructor. So can Dendro MC in aggravate. Gorou can run Exile comfortably as his buff isn’t stat dependant anyway. 4p Glad DOESN’T work on Childe, stick to HoD/Nymph/2p2p

Just to add, if you're playing a character that loves a shield (Yoimiya and Hu Tao as examples) you can run retracing bolide, which is actually Yoimiya's signature (but not BIS). Retracing bolide doesn't provide as much damage as shimenawa's reminiscence, but it's a lot more comfortable to play.

Simply put, farm emblem and deepwod domains, VV for almost every anemo character and rarely something more specific for certain characters. (Make use of the scambox as well for those certain sets!)

Kaveh's best is Flowers of Paradise Lost if Bloom dependent. Glads as DPS and Gilded for Spread reaction. You kinda did him dirty but I understand that you got tired speaking a lot 😅. Hu Tao is also godly dmg tier in Gilded Dreams and even highee dmg than Crimson mostly. I am still perfecting the Vourukasha's Glow build on Candace to know if it would be the best set for her 😅 but as a support for Ayato, Noblesse and Tenacity is best for her as of now.

Emblem Ningguang seems like overkill. She doesn't need that much ER in my experience... Maybe coz I run her in Mono Geo most of the time, but still........... 40 cost Ult, can use her Es twice with Constellations and different timings... Yeah I dunno about this one chief.

I use Noblesse on Chongyun (Kaeya uses BS, Xingqiu uses Emblem, and Venti uses VV). I used BS for a while, but he's not a good main DPS for freeze. Him and Xiangling is kinda funny tho

For Itto, he uses Normal and Charged attacks ALOT. I would recommend 2pc Husk for DEF increase and 2pc Marechaussee for his Normal/Charged damage increase.

I don't like HoD on Barb because her skill CD can be super long. Wanderer's Troupe is best for huge Vape DMG, but I also like running GD on a triple EM Barb (with or without Nilou) for Bloom, and Instructor is an awesome set for her as well to boost the team's EM (she can keep up the passive so easily since she's an elemental DPS). I like running GD on Chongyun because he can do big Melt DMG on his burst (see the Amber/Chongyun combo, it rocks). Emblem is a great set on Xinyan if you have the constellation that allows her to always crit on her burst, which can enable huge Physical DMG when you stack ATK, ER, and CDMG on her artifacts.

Missed Instructor as viable option for a bunch of characters. Used primarily on supports in situations where Noblesse ATK buff is weakened (e.g. EM scaling team), or where you have two supports that can't stack the same set (Noblesse, Deepwood) so one of them can use Instructor instead.

I'm a proud owner of a 4 piece Deepwood Baizhu with 48k HP. I need just a little bit more to hit 50k to fully stack his passive. Unfortunately I don't have his signature weapon and probably never will.

I prefer the set crimson witch for Yoimiya. It's excellent for reactions damage, and you can use her burst more often

How about that new Golden Troupe for Raiden used as an off-field damage dealer? :) I mean... I was using Raiden lately to instant-kill everything the second Nahida stares at it with her skill, and trigger blooms as well, so I rarely even touch her burst anymore

Guys don't put 4p VV on DPS Wanderer PLEASE 😢 if you have a good sub dps to swirl maybe it's fine, but the 4p is almost useless otherwise, you don't even have to build EM for him so his swirls suck. You can use vv on Faruzan to buff the sub dpss if you need to
