I grew up on asparagus, that was one of my grandmothers and my favorite vegetables. Since I been on Coumadin for 6 and a half years now, I cannot eat vegetables that is rich with Vitamin K. I miss eating most of my favorite green vegetables. It looks good brother. I been battling a lot of major health issues so I cannot eat this anymore. Blood clots is no joke, I almost died with multiple clots in both of my legs and they shot to my lungs. I know people that died with one blood clot. I'm very blessed to be here today. Jay I JUST made this & it's DEFINITELY the best recipe I've tried since I started trying to learn to embrace asparagus ♡ I used vegan butter & added shallots instead of garlic. I also added a cpl dashes of dried parsley & tossed to mix at the end. Hubby and I really enjoyed it & paired it with a lovely raw veggie slaw with organic ranch dressing. YUMMM

Just some things. Margarine isn't food and the acv you're using is just regular vinegar with coloring. Use acv with the mother for all the healthy benefits

That’s how I usually make my asparagus except I have never added apple cider vinegar I will have to add some the next time and see what it taste like. I will cut up just a tiny piece of a red bell pepper in little strips and sprinkle it over the asparagus to give it just a touch of color

I’d recommend using regular garlic over jarred, you lose the natural spice from garlic when they jar it. Just doesn’t taste the same
