Someone in my play cafe academy group was talking about this and I was confused. Sadly I’m not sure it would work for us because we do still need to make cash deposits with our business model but I think this is great for online business owners!

Yes I know that part can be tough! The only solution is you could still have a local branch to make cash deposits and then transfer it to Relay.

Do you know if they allow a virtual address to be used as the Business Address, so that when you pay bills with the debit card, that's the address your vendors see?

I’m trying to put profit first in place. How do we go about transferring on those 2 dates if you don’t have X amount of dollars to start with?

The Profit First system is based on certain percentages being put into each account. So even if only have $20 in your account, you should be able to allocate the money to the other accounts. I just started with Relay and am a little frustrated ... Their wire transfer times are too long, and getting them to raise my deposit maximums are a pain.

Can I pay myself to an external account? I've heard a few bad things about Relay with people having issues getting access to their money. Is this all cleared up?

I haven’t had any issues with this. With Relay you can do ACH payments, so I’m able to ACH my personal account my owners pay as well as pay subcontractors through ACH.

Yes definitely. You send money to your personal accounts via ACH transfer if you are paying yourself that way.

RELAY is trash, most likely you don't bank with them, but they are paying you a small commission to act like it's a bank when in fact it is a tech company. WHAT COULD GO WRONG
