Just take the cheese off that cheese is the problem of you blowing up. Add guacamole and little sour cream. Also drink water you probably mix it with beer or soda.

why would u put rice. the burrito shell is the carbs. just get some good pico and salsa roja with cilantro from the mexican grocery store (not american). i do like the beans idea for health reasons. white beans are also super healthy.
