I'm thinking of buying one of these. A local camera store has this camera, 18-45 and a 55-210 lenses for $850. Looks like a good deal.

The R50 is a great camera for the money. Glad I decided to go with it over the M50. New RF mount and no crop when when goin to 4k is what sold me on it.

The M50 was still superior due to the larger lens options on the smaller and cheaper EF-M mount. But I could see myself now going for the R50, since Sigmas Announcement for the RF-S mount

Looking back, personally I would have bought just body if you plan to do any serious photography. The kits lens are ok for point and shoot but don’t have the lower light capabilities or give you that blurry bokeh background.

@@RanaCreationyou can find a lot of demonstrations of those lens online in other places, even reviews for the product itself like on amazon. i know the Canon RF50mm 1.8f lens does pretty good on the R50, but if you wish to use any EF lens you’d need an EF to RF lens adapter but they should still work well with the adapter present.

@@MadByDesign(my English is kinda weak so please understand it 😅) i mean, go to random places , with small portable camera (like go pro or your phone's camera) set it up on your chest for POV, and start shooting so we can see your camera's screen and after capturing shot you must show what you just clicked but edited (with your touch) picture for few seconds, and you can also sell your presets

I agree. All seem to need a cage. If you’re a techy like me you better believe I’m sticking as many accessories on it as I can. I call all the parts for this and ronin “ adult Legos.” Lol Thanks for watching, I certainly appreciate taking the time!

is this camera good to upgrade from the dji osmo actiopn 3?

Depends what your using it for , these would be two different applications really. The Osmo you would use much like a cell phone camera but with much nicer features however does not offer much focal length like a camera can offer. It would be rather limiting so in that way yes It would absolutely be an upgrade. Hope this helps and happy to elaborate further it if doesn't. Thanks for watching & the comment, I appreciate it!

I do apologize, this was a very early video. In my newer videos I think, and hope, I got this dialed in better. It is quite a learning curve, I will admit. I certainly appreciate your feedback though, thank you! I might try and fix this at a later date but still not sure how just yet.

One: People do not need to hear your music. We want information, not a sound track. Two: Lay off the HARD SELL of 'like' and 'subscribe' over and over through out you presentation, it takes away from your presentation. With all your hard sell, you only have 80 subscribers. Viewers don't like hard sell about helping you, they like content professionally done. Remove this video and redo it with locked down shots (camera mounted-tripod, etc.) that are close up and in focus. You will be much more successful and that will give you many more subscribers. Think like a pro, be a pro. There are other tutorials on this camera that have hundreds of thousand views because it is a great camera for video and stills. I know, I have one and I could shoot a feature film with several of these R 50s!

Seriously, kill the music! You barely hear you speak and its so annoying that the music is at 70% and your voice at 30%!! Do better!

I appreciate the feedback. This was my very first video and I made the mistake on not calibrating the sound . I did fix this in my later videos but haven’t figured out a way to fix already posted videos. With that being said thanks again for watching it and for your honest feedback. I feel each video gets a little better, specially my more recent ones. Hope you decide to check them out.
