Yes, I always sew with no shoes! It’s good to keep your needle in the down position for easy turns and seeing your exact location.

Hey there! Unfortunately each sewing machine has a different way of doing this, so it would be impossible to teach on them all. Your best bet is to google your machine :)

New to sewing myself. I just purchased the membership so I could make these for my new grandbaby due this summer. But I need to know how to print the pattern. I see the fold line measurements but what is the exact measurements to put into my design software. Hope this makes sense lol

Welcome sweet friend!! On the cut file inside the pattern there are measurements on how large to make your pattern :)

Can we get the pattern into Design Space and have the Cricut cut the fabric for us? I haven't messed with fabric with the Explore Air 2. Would the bonded fabric blade cut this for us?

The pattern can't be made in Design Space due to the Print Then Cut size restrictions. Also it's a half pattern meant to be used for hand cutting so the Cricut cannot cut the full pattern out :) I hope this makes sense!
