My choice: 4 cylinder: Toyota AE86 (4AGE engine with ITBs) 5 cylinder: Audi 90 GTO 6 cylinder: Honda NSX (The old one) Rotary: 787B, there's no other choice 8 cylinder: Dodge Charger Daytona 10 cylinder: Lexus LFA 12 cylinder: Lamborghini Countach (The old one) 16 cylinder: Cizeta Moroder V16T

@@carter.coleman Idk it sounds too quiet for me, plus it's not very raw, it sounds like a modern German V8 And yeah size does matter, the bigger an engine is the more air and fuel it can handle, which means it can make more power The advantages that smaller V8s have is that they're more fuel efficient and lighter weight, but if you care about that you shouldn't be buying a V8, you should be buying an I4, because they also come with the same power as a V8 (sometimes even more) while being more efficient, lighter on fuel, and even lighter weight wise

There are some great sounding flat 4 classic Beetles out there. The best sounding to me personally is the flat 6 Porsche motor - but then I do love the flat boxer motors from VW.

Everyone talks about the SR20, but nobody remembers the older, and much better sounding, CA18DET. Sounds closer to an RB26DETT than a 4 cylinder.

As far as v8s go, i personaly believe that the twin carb 426 hemi engine is one of, if not the best sounding carburated v8s, especially if paired with a manual transmission.

In my opinion, The BEST 4 cylinder sound is the 1996 Subaru WRX STI, It has a water cooling horizontal opposite 4 cylinder DOHC engine, a High octane premium gasoline engine EJ20.

Not sure why the 787B was placed between the 6 and 8 cylinder cars, it has a 4 rotor rotary engine (no cylinders technically!). You should do a video with a 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 rotor engines (yes each of those exists and you can find videos on KZfaq of them)...

@@Tornado2409 ALL RX-7 models were 2 rotor. The only Mazda to ever come out with a 3 rotor engine was the Eunos Cosmo JC.
