@@Bayofthe91st GN will definitely be reviewing this as they loved the Torrent. But for comparisons with other SFF cases I hope Ali from Optimum Tech reviews this one too. This feels like an airflow version of the NR200 better suited for air cooling, and it can use ATX PSUs. That's a huge win for me.

Honestly a comparison between this and something like a h1 v2 would be really interesting. Completely different approaches to a similar volume of case. Throw in some boutique small form factor cases as well and it would be a compelling video.

Wow, a compact case with attractive design, good airflow, lots of storage expansion options, fits an ATX PSU, tasteful lighting, 3-slot GPU support with a great bottom intake, and it fits a D15? I'm in love.

I honestly really like the form factor of this case. It's just big enough for the largest components you'd reasonably want to fit in there as shown in the video.

Yeah. I was very happy the N200 was available when I decided to up/down?grade to ITX last year. I wanted to NOT upgrade/change/modify my pc anytime soon, but all these new good, small, affordable cases have me itching to changes cases yet again .... :/ Mostly looking at the Lian Li Dan A4-H2O.

@@brianv3nturaSFF is not determined by specific dimensions i personally view anything under 35Litres SFF however the number of SFF cases that can fit the D15 in negligible mostly because the D-15 is 4 litres in size all by itself my case currently is around 14litres and the Torrent Nano is 34.6 litres

Really cool looking case. Must admit, I'm a massive fan of these smaller ITX cases. After using one for a while, they do seem to offer everything you need really in a PC without being a hulking behemoth that cloggs up your desk space. Would love to see an in depth comparison of a load of different ITX cases at some point. Always thought I would be sacraficing thermals and acousistcs for size but it's not necessarily the case (pun intended) with all ITX cases!

I currently have my PC in a Meshify C and I love it, I was initially planning on building my PC as an ITX build, and if this case existed in 2020, I probably would have stuck with it, this checks all the boxes

Literally this was the case I was asking Fractal for MONTHS, and last month I gave up waiting and got a meshify 2 compact, and now they announce this! Gezz my timing is awful!

I don't know whether it should be on LTT or a new channel but there should definitely be a video or channel about cases, radiators and/or CPU coolers so just to see what market cases are good, decent, bad or best for the budget, experiment on making cases more "better" as well as explain those cooler design, airflows, etc to better check educate on cases and cooling market. Definitely worth a watch now that systems are getting more powerful and power hungry.

Theres the Torrent Compact but it still supports ATX, though it is a little smaller than the standard Torrent

My mATX case is 32L and if I were to rip out the 5.25" bays, I could "spec-match" the torrent nano except the storage. But the Torrent is a beautiful case

Back in the day we thanked case manufacturers for ditching upper mounted PSUs so we could have a nice place for big radiators up top, now that the front of cases is clear of HDDs and ODDs, we can go back to having the PSUs up there again.

@@FastSloth87 I thought the reason for moving them to the bottom was for clean cool airflow rather than sucking in the heat from the case. Recall that PSU failure rate was higher with this sort of setup.

Damn what a sweet case! You should've placed a regular Torrent besides it. My full size ATX seems smaller in my Torrent than that mini ITX does in that build. Really liked how the D15 and the GPU fills the case. Will there be a an airflow and temp performance video featuring this build?

I wish they had a slightly taller mid tower model that could accommodate full ATX boards and two 140mm fans at the bottom. Though I am tempted to grab this. I'll be interested to see some thermal testing. EDIT: LOL, they do... the compact. Now if only I could find it somewhere so they can take my money.

With super big coolers like the NH-D15 I usually plug the 12V CPU power cable into the mainboard before I put the mainboard into the case because it's almost impossible to plug it in afterwards. I then can easily connect the power cable to the PSU later without any hassle.

I would think making the PSU a SFF one would help with the cables being in the way of the HDD cage. As well any uncessarly long power cables.

nice; when i heard about this case yesterday, I thought, hey, you can fit a nh-d15, full size videocard, and atx psu in that! The one question I have is just how much space is there thickness wise for GPUs? I just got a little burned with my current case; the nzxt H210; that supports dual slot cards; but most dual slot cards are actually like 2.5 and don't actually fit.

Ooh, I have never been as stoked for a case video! I have the Big Boi Torrent and I love it, it's awesome! But I have an extra mATX board, a 8700K and RAM for it just waiting. I've been planning a smallish form factor build for a media PC, this could be the case for that!

Yeah, I didn't know this case were a thing. Got the big boi just a few months ago just to max out on airflow and low temps and it's awesome. Barely audible fan noise when running benchmarks on cpu and gpu, and cpu at 65, gpu at 55. But it's big, big as in WTF thats a big case! Perhaps I'll start a new build soon... this small one is sweet.

It's perfect for the graphics card holy crap that airflow tunnel created perfectly for the central processing unit yeah I'd like it in black with no glass and no RGB. Seems like the perfect VR PC.

Incredible how tendencies change. just a few years ago full tower was all the rage with 2-4 gpus, 10 hdds. My current setup is very similar to this one: a single gpu, an nvme a big sata drive and everything backed up in the cloud.

I own a full size torrent and it is fantastic, the design and overall performance is amazing. I use it in combination with fractals lumen 360 aio but I'm sure it would perform just as great with an air cooler
