Cassava cake is the best gift ever.

INGREDIENTS:
For 2 cakes
4 cups grated cassava
1/2 stick of butter (room temp)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 tin evaporated milk
1 whole condensed milk
3 whole eggs + 2 egg yolks
2 1/2 cup of coconut cream
1/2 cup of coconut water
1 pinch of salt
1 cup grated young coconut
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
40 mins at 325 F and then 20 mins additional with the cheese. Cool it down. Then the fridge for an hour.

I've always loved making food videos and that's how it started. KZfaq starts off as a passion. Dont get into it if you are looking to make it your job. It doesn't work that way :)
Why arent you on TV?
Because the internet is easier and its free for you guys hahaha! Also we are currently working on producing TV shows ourselves and i have some TV shows floating around.

Its like, whenever I watch you cook something in your vlog. It always feels really strange because the passion of cooking is there your appreciation of your work is there and its almost like I can smell it from wherever i'm watching from. The most impacting part is when you taste what you cook because, your reaction is always like . . I dunno I can't find the right words to describe it but none the less, you always do a great job and I've witnessed it since your time with TLC Network.

My aunt in davao used to have a cassava cake business.when they pay us a visit in cebu they always brought with them a lot of cassava cakes.plain .no toppings and no young coconut but wow, so far her was the best cassava cake I ever tasted .until now I'm still craving for that taste everytime I eat cassava cake but nothing compares to her recipe.she use native oven.(pogon style)

Another recipe to try! Tried the lechon recipe and my hubby loves it. He’s really picky when it comes to filipino food (he’s korean) but he couldnt get enough of the lechon! THANK YOU ERWAN! 🥰

Hi Erwan. Did this with little adjustment on the coconut cream. Took out coconut water. The outcome is awesome. Super delicious and linamnam. Will bake this again definitely. Thanks for sharing.

Cassava cake is not difficult to make, Erwan. You can steam it! You can bake it! I don’t know how to cook but I can do that. It’s the grating that makes it difficult... I love your shows. It’s fun to watch! Keep it up!
