Today I made a chocolate banana bread.
It's a very easy recipe that can be made in 5 minutes.
But it tastes better than any banana bread so far.
▶Ingredients (Mold size: 17cm*7cm*5.5cm)
200g Ripen banana
70g Vegetable oil
100g Egg 계란
2g Vanilla extract
95g Brown sugar
1g Salt
130g Cake flour
28g Cocoa powder
3g Baking soda
2g Baking powder
40g Chocolate chips
1) Put the ripe banana in a bowl and crush it finely with a fork.
2) Add oil and mix until oil is completely mixed with banana.
3) Add eggs and vanilla extract at room temperature in a bowl and mix.
4) Add brown sugar and salt in the bowl and mix.
5) Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder and mix until no powder is visible.
6) Add chocolate chips and mix.
7) Pour the dough about 80% in a lined or buttered pan and bake it in a preheated oven for 160 degrees C 45-50 minutes. (Unox convection oven) (320 degrees Fahrenheit)
* For common built-in ovens, bake them up to 10 degrees C, and it may take more time.
* Preheating is required. For small ovens, warm up for 2 to 30 minutes. (In the case of a small household oven, the preheating temperature should be about 20 degrees C higher than the baking temperature.)
* Storage: After cooling, wrap it in a plastic wrap and leave it at room temperature for a day, making it more moist and taste better. After slicing into pieces, you can wrap them individually with plastic bag and enjoy them for 3 to 4 days at room temperature. If you want to store longer, freeze them.
