Ingredients
4 cups of rice
3 tbsp of coconut oil
1/2 medium sized onions (chopped)
Pepper mix (3 red bell pepper, 2 scotch bonnet pepper, ginger root (thumb size) and 1 medium sized onions)
2 tbsp crayfish (blended)
1 tbsp of rosemary
Salt
1 cube of chicken seasoning
1 tsp Garlic powder
Coconut milk
1 cup of water
