She's right! The best compliment I've ever gotten was around 16 when I had surgery. I was waking up afterwards and the nurse that was in charge of watching me told me my eyes were really pretty as soon as I opened them. I had really bad self confidence back then and that really made my day, still does honestly.

When people tell you you smell nice it's so freaking true. Not fair to yourself or others because you could focus that energy into finding a women/man who is like that person whom you desire the qualities of and possibly give them a relationship that they can lean on, if they say no, be happy because why would you want anybody who didn't want you nor give you a proper chance in the first place, you want your somebody to be the chance they give you and the chance you give them♥️ 3. Side note: I am single at 20 years of age. Never held hands. When somebody is that single you know the relationship advice is legit🤣 As for point number three anyway- Become very familiar with that person's 'truest self' and get them familiar with your's! Build a strong bond as friends, after enough time you should know when and 'if' the time is even right. If you are mature enough to tell yourself that you are not meant for them, well you won't complain about having a good friendship left over :) 4. Don't breed feelings for someone that are stronger than reciprocated, that might be hard to guage but if both people trust eachother's desires in their own 'ideal relationship' (that requires deep discussion) *which you are rightly free to go deep with someone so far as you are gaining interest at a healthy pace and they are visibly comfortable with the way you are carrying those convos*. What good reason is there to be 'too' interested in someone ever? 5. Have 'patience' for them and have patience for 'them', doing this for somebody is a real sign of love. It shows that not only you respectfully love them as a 'person', but you are also willing and prepared to truly 'love' them as your partner for as long as the relationship is meant to be.
