Ukraine really surprised me with how technically advanced they are. You can go into a restaurant, scan the bar code to look at the menu, and also use the bar code to pay.

@@ConorClyneTsarExperienceI hope you can go into more detail on this a some point, I know a few people in Azerbaijan, and have been told you can live like a king in Baku with just $2k a month. The KZfaq channel “Nomad Capitalist” always speaks very positively of Georgia, and he owns at least one property in the country

I advise you to re-watch Putin speeches when he said repeatedly that the objective of Russia is conquering all the south of Ukraine.. The Russian army is less than 200 km from Odessa and some Western leaders are already saying that they don't have more weapons to send to Ukraine...and Trump and De Santis have promised to stop sending weapons to Ukraine if they want the election next year.... Do you remember what happened to Afghanistan and Vietnam when Americans stopped supporting them? But if you want to have an apartment in Russia then yes, Odessa can be a nice Russian city some day, after being rebuilt... but your apartment maybe will not be there anymore....

believe no one, check everything twice. dont store anything in hot wallets or centralised exchanges. use offline hardware wallets. always connect a burner wallet thats empty to a 'connect to wallet' from a website. read up on common crypto scams. most are easy to spot and still rely on human traits to succeed (greed, fomo etc)

He won’t give an honest answer on Belarus only to say the best have already left. He is persona non grata In Belarus, Russia and other countries that see that Russia are on The right side of history. He is living life dangerous if in fact he is still in Odessa, which it’s quite possible he’s not.
