100g all-purpose flour
100g cornstarch
5g baking powder

A la place de l'eau, mettre de la sauce soja et un peu de ketchup ; une cuillère à soupe. C'est ce qu'ils font chez KFC. ✋️ et à la fin pour frire, faire un mélange égal : farine et chapelure ... et trempez le poulet dans de l'œuf battu avant de le rouler dans le mélange chapelure farine ... Ça c'est la vraie recette ... 😅

I think there are unnecessary steps. There are easy ways to make the chicken crispy. You can use flour and egg then dip in crumbled corn flakes and get the same result but much easier.
