Ride16 is my top choice, second tier are Novab3 blk/orange(other color not as good), Puma Magnify Nitro 2(winter only), and 3rd tier is glycerin 20 GTS(not a fan of 10mm drop).

Gutted that I can’t get along with the Saucony ES4, everybody raves about it. Same with the Rebel V4. Seems like the Puma DN2 is one of the few up-tempo daily shoes that works for me. Gonna give the Mach 6 and SL2 go try, just so I’m not using a carbon plate all the time. Cheers for the video 👍

That specific color of nova blast she's holding was the most comfortable running shoe Ive ever tried on so I decided to purchase in black... it ended up being extremely tight in the toe box and felt much more rigid. Ordered a grey blue that ended up being pretty nice but still not as good as the white one. very weird experience

Same. I had the blue version the black version and that specific white mint-ish version and the white one was the only one that actually felt perfect to run in. I did all of my long runs in them until I bought the Neo Vista's. I couldn't do those same runs in the Black or Blue one's without my feet hurting/becoming unstable. Was a weird experience.

Agree with David about the Noosa 16. Ran the Spartan Deka Fit in them and loved them!

Now that's a great pic of Andrea in front of the6:13 6:16 e "gsteway" Great smile. Andrea said she outsprinred a man for 3rd OA and flashing that smile rubs it in all the more. There were always these guys back when I sctuslly raced who not onky beat everyone but smiled while doing it. And you already knew the outcome before the race was over. Anyway, great smile Andrea. Ozk, I shut up now. I don't want to get all eeird.

I have two pairs of the Mizuno Wave Rebellion Pro V1 and one of the V2. Amazing shoe. V2 very wide so I went TTS. Tried the Flash V2 but sent it back and got one more Mizuno wave Rebellion Pro V1 instead. Regarding the Mizuno Neo Vista.. It sounds so good much like the New Balance SC elite V3???

It’s like a lighter version of SC Trainer v1. It is more compliant than SC Elite v3 and doesn’t quite have the same snap.

Hey guys I’m a Xc 10k and track mile down guy I’m trying to find a real workhorse type of shoe for the summer that I could also put down some tempo miles on, I’ve come to three pairs I found intriguing and I’m open to other pairs as well but I liked how the vemero 17, novablast 4 and how the cloudsurfer 7 felt a lot but I don’t know which to pick, what would you guys recommend??

Question, Does the rebellion flash 3 have enough cushioning for a long run? (10-13 miles)I’m a midfoot striker and lighter

Assuming you mean Flash 2, yes it is amazing for long runs. I just did 14 in it this morning. Plenty of cushion but not too soft.

Nike trainers just work out of the box, theres always issues with other brands like sizing, toes popping through mesh, sweaty.

Andrea: What is the significance of the background for where you are sitting : indicative of a philosophical (for lack of a better word) significance? A doorway to or from something, hopefully related to running.? Maybe a doorway for a,reboot of the Beacon to arrive and be delivered. I can picture you standing up at the end of a DOR video and going back to your regular life.

Should you guys go back and edit this one or do a eeso. I am familiar with a "runner's high" which David clearly has after his run earlier. But when ya got to the raving shoes category, it seemed things got tangential talking about various races and who won what where . A good video for another time but time consuming watching a discussion of races. Maybe just edit that whole section and re-issue with the race commentary.

@@DoctorsofRunning Thx. But it still didn’t really answer my question. Superfeet claims none of their insoles change the way any running shoe is designed to perform. If I can improve the ride/cushioning/responsiveness (I’m not worried about stability bc all my running shoes are neutral) of a running shoe, I would certainly like to. With this in mind, what do you think?
