Amaro Daiquiri:
1oz (30ml) Sfumato Rabarbaro
1oz (30ml) Braulio Amaro (Alpine)
.5oz (15ml) Sirop (Gum Syrup
Shake/Strain/Coupe or Cocktail Glass
Billy Sunday Old Fashioned:
1 sugar Cube
1oz (30ml) Water
.5oz (15ml) Zucca Rabarbaro
2oz (60ml) Johnny Drum 101 Bourbon
Muddle Sugar cube in water until the grains are diluted. Add Amaro and bourbon, pour over a large rock and zest with orange oils. Garnish with the peels.

Nice looking spot! Love a good amari collection. Braulio actually has *something* in it that produces a uniquely robust foam. See: Amaro Shakerato. Out of some 15 amari I tried in a "shakerato" style, Braulio had the best foam, finest bubbles, and lasted the longest. Wish I knew what ingredient did it! Still investigating...

Braulio Sfumato Rabarbaro Lime Gomme syrup Perhaps (just a guess) 1 oz ea amaro, .5 oz syrup and .75-1oz lime.

@@peterpatrician looks like you nailed it. Imbibe has the recipe on their site, and they say it's 1oz Braulio, 1oz Sfumato Rabarbaro, 0.5oz gomme syrup, and 0.75oz lime juice

Respectfully, there are interesting and amazing bars in cities outside of the US. And a London, Paris or Berlin show would make for excellent viewing.

I've been hunting ever since I saw that daiquiri recipe in imbibe like a year ago! Unfortunately I find myself in a backwards control state with neither amaro. Honest question, is it worth the $120 to have 1 of each illegally delivered? Or I could sub.. Zucca Rabarbaro and, uh, lol, we don't have any alpines at all, Benedectine? IDK. Galliano, no, FML. Ignore me, I'm the guy by the window muttering into an Ango and Jager daiquiri and twisting christmas themed cocktail napkins into an escape rope. Or a noose. TBD.

So I just watched this video and you mention the bar is haunted... I want EVERYONE to go to 6:05 and watch behind his back on the right side of the screen a little higher than halfway up. You see a ghostly figure or a head pop into the frame twice at 6:09 and 6:13...

To be fair he mentioned they have an old bottle of Havana Club... but if that's it then this bar would do very little for me. Maybe it could be the "best amaro bar" but they can't even make a Jungle Bird...
