“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9 NIV Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” ROMANS 10:9-11 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame” “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”” Luke 19:10 God wants us to believe in His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who died for our sins :D When we truly believe in our hearts that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins so we could have eternal life with God, we are saved, and have life in Jesus Christ 💗 Jesus genuinely loves you, and always waits for you to come to Him 🕊💕 May God bless you all ❤

If you hold the kettlebell near your chest in one arm, then squat it's a brilliant core and leg exercise. Go for 8-12 reps on each side. It really makes you work from the bottom. You will literally grow spinal erectors and deep core muscles.
@CJ-wh7ik11 ай бұрын
Impractical variation. Your arm will tire fast if you're proficient enough with the weight
@bodrulm111 ай бұрын
@@CJ-wh7ik not really. Try it. Like the suitcase lift, you are not maxing and are in a higher rep range. I've done it many times and it's the core and bottom third of the lift that has gas, not my arms. It's easy to hold a kettlebell in the press position against your chest without much effort.

Really good if you find you have an unbalance causing pain on one side of erector spinae if you lift more reps with the side that hurts, the opposite site works more to stabilise and over time will bring balance and relieve pain. At least it worked for me

Never consult the internet for something so critical to spinal stabilization. Work one on one with a licensed medical professional who can put their hands deep into the affected areas of the body FIRST to assess, release and properly advise you if the exercise is contraindicated or not. You can absolutely do more harm than good if you don't have medical clearance. You think anyone here is going to pay for a nerve impingement or herniated disc injury? Come on...

How safe is this when dealing with lower back pain?
@Bodyknowledge7711 ай бұрын
Do the motion unloaded(without weight). If it's ok *mildly* add load(weight). Sometimes discomfort needs to be overcome to improve with all things. Use your discretion though and don't rush. It's important that unless your pain is totally debilitating that you move. This is coming from someone(me) who has suffered with back flare-ups (that at times have been debilitating) since 1995.
