However, in a normal society the Mother and Father would still be in the same tribe for life even if they separated. I tried to claim my nights with my child but it didn't help. Friend of Court (FOC) disagreed on my time because they didn't know if I was telling the truth or not, it was on paper. FOC told me the judge needs to sign it, even though the judge's name was printed 😢 they made their own assumption on how many nights I have my child. 😔 #ajoke

Don’t agree to child support is a contract. Don’t let them deprive you of your rights to your private life and how you decide to take care of your child the court are private court and remember the court don’t give a damn about your kids. They don’t care if they graduate they don’t care if they’re running the streets, they only care about making profit for themselves. Being in this courts is a disgrace. It’s never gonna be fair for the fathers when the family court judges and lawyers are making money from ordering child support to be paid. These people are greedy and will take the easy money because it doesn’t effect them . Only makes their houses cars and vacations nicer . The children’s best interest aren’t factored in at all . This all leads to warring parents , the mothers fighting for money and the dad’s fighting to be in their kids lives . How in the hell does our children have a chance these days ?

The two BEST defenses against child support are: 1. During the divorce proceedings: Request from the mediator a Week-on/Week off Shared Parenting (with one mid-week 3-hour visit during the off week). 9 times out of 10, her selfish a$$ is gonna want no equal parenting time. But if your ish is together, she’ll never be able to justify her reasonings to the mediator. My story? I let her start off first (ya know, being a gentleman and all, as to why she wanted single-parenting only)😉). She had no solid reasons for her demands for what she claimed as “HER” boys 🙄. Then it was MY TURN. I requested the what I originally stated, told the mediator my reasonings for equal parenting time (that we both made equal efforts in creating them). I said will have adequate clothes, food, shelter, and responsibility for OUR sons. The mediator then looked at her and said, “Ma’am, why would you want to take two African-American sons away from a positive male role model in the community? My suggestion to the judge is be Week-on/Week-off AND no child support!” She was livid to say the least 😂 ….and THAT’S exactly how it ended up. 2. (and this is a HUGE one): START YOUR OWN BUSINESS!!! No small business owner in America reports all of their earnings. They report just enough to keep the courts satisfied. I did the same thing with my home-based business. Gave myself a comparable salary to her income (While doing the week-on/week-off share parenting). The rest was under “business operational expenses (business meetings, travel expenses, office equipment, EVERYTHING TOWARDS THE BUSINESS), as well as miscellaneous expenses”. Remember: the business is not in divorce court…YOU ARE! You and the business are two separate entities. The moment she files for divorce, lessen the business income by temporarily dropping your clients (if you can). Hide the majority of your money under the business expenses…you’ll thank me later. ADDITIONAL CAVEATS: (for you sports guys) I knew that the Super Bowl (previously) was the first Sunday in February. I got my divorce in July. Before the final court date, I calculated the weeks leading up to the fist Sunday in February, and requested my shared parenting time to start during the aligning week (I knew she wasn’t thinking that far ahead. She was giving her “brains” to something or should I say “someone” else at that time). Results….I got our sons during the week of the Super Bowl EVERY YEAR!! Her and her family was pissed. LASTLY: Encourage them to play sports and be a coach/assistant coach of that team. That way, during the season, you get to spend time with the children just about every day…and you won’t miss a game! I’ve done ALL of the above things and then some. Works like a charm….and she will hate it (not like you’re doing it in spite of her though. It’s gotta be for the love of the children). But your positive impact will be instilled in them for years. My sons are now adults well into their 20’s….and cherishes the ground I walk on because of my past sacrifices. Don’t let these winches do the “Courtscrew Corkscrew” on you. Fight for your children. Hope this helps.

The best defense are the custody days. My ex was supposed to have them 3 days a week me 4. No child support. Guess what? He rarely got them his days. Always was an excuse. This went on for over 4 years. So I told him just give me $450 a month for 2 kids and he make 80k a year. He didn’t do that either. I went and changed custody to every other weekend. Guess what? He’s not doing that either. So he’ll be the one crying about how the system doing him wrong. Most men don’t want full custody of children and they don’t want to be in the system either. They want to throw 50 dollars here and there whenever they feel like it. My grocery bill $300 biweekly with two kids. Clothing every season is about $400 each child and I pay $700 a month for family medical . How much child support you think I should get??? Income increasing does not equal cost of living and expense increase. As well as, the child support is intended to give the children an equal quality of living with the other parent as they would with you, which means, you're not only carrying your own family, but you're also most likely carrying the other parent as well regardless of the circumstances. If the children will have a better quality of life with one parent then they need to be with that parent. It doesn't make sense for one to carry the other

I was the kid being shipped around the country like a piece of cargo when I was growing up. It was a constant time juggle to make my brother and I's existence as cheap as possible to one parent and as lucrative and profitable as possible to the other. I never spent enough time in one state to have friends or enjoy anything growing up. It was nothing but misery, fighting, courts, anxiety, and fear. Experiencing this misery led to never having kids or getting married out of the fear of living through hell again later in life.

Ha. I had 50/50 that wound up being nearly 80/20 with 80 being my daughter with me. I was still required to pay 100% health insurance, because my ex's job didn't offer it, and $900 a month in child support, because my ex didn't have a good job. Texas judges are incredibly biased towards the mother.

Best defence of child support is full time custody. Had my kids in full custody and still worked 8hrs a day. My kids still have a great bond with me even though that the left to do there own thing many years ago.

I have a back pay build up even though I'm the guardian the mother has no contact with our child, so the courts have kept bringing this up and stopping, but now I am at it again over 8000$ can I file something with the courts for some kind of Harassment or something, cause now they have a liens and everything even though I have had my child 100 % of the time for over 5 years and mom doesn't pay. In the uk the average salary is less than 30k, but if one parent was earing 30k, 2 children, no overnight stays, child maintenance would be 398 a month for 2 children. If it's just one child it would be 200 a month and so forth? Is this a lot to pay?

The problem is when men don't get their way they don't want the full responsibility of their child I asked my child's father to send me money once a week or every month so I don't have to go to court he said no so I had no choice but to go to child support because he also wouldn't keep him on a daily schedule either. Even though he was mad and was ordered to pay child support by the courts I was still trying to be positive and make it f work out for both of us I asked him how much money do they take out his check and he refused to tell me then I told him I would send him the money back through the child support that I receive from him if he is more present and putting being a dad 1st he still declined😮😂😂 i just dont understand

Get 50/50 time with your kids . You pay for them when they are with you . This is why my kids live with me as they have gotten older . They get the nice clothes phones game systems motorbikes, side by side polaris , etc . We go on holidays to Bali and all over the barrier reef in Australia. My kids prefer to live with me .
