when i got the dockhand's assistant, immediately equipped it to Kirata, not only is its stats and passive good on her but the sword does actually look like a giant boxcutter 😂,her normal atk is also named boxcutter!, not to mention the colors match as well with her clothes.

You seem to get better every video, it's really incredible. I've got praise for all 3 of them, and some critiques (that doesn't feel like the right word, advice maybe?) for Thoma's. First Kirara's. It's Key 2, electric boogaloo, and that's all it really should be. Clear plan, well executed, 10/10. While Kirara's was obvious, Layla's was very much not. I never noticed that apart from Wanderer, most of Layla's use cases are with HP scalers. This gives her a proper niche, which is something she really lacked before. Incredible idea, flawless execution, 15/10. Thoma's is interesting. I like the idea in theory, but I don't know if it would work in practice. Defensive options in general do little in terms of team DPS. Generally (and this is VERY much not a hard rule) the on-fielder will do around half of the damage, the 2 offensive off-fielders will combine for just under half, and the defensive option will go for the remaining 5% or so. So buffing a defensive option by 100% will only make the team DPS go to 105%. To get that same team DPS increase, you only need to buff the on-fielder by 10%. Now with Thoma, it's a little different. He does more damage than the average defensive option, and this is a fairly large buff to his damage. But Fav effectively lowers ER reqs for the rest of his team by ~15% with a sizable amount of variance. This means that if you have the artifacts to switch out you can put 3 substats that were in ER into damage stats on each of his teammates. It isn't always going to work perfectly, but there will also be times that it ends up being more than 3 substats. That's a pretty big buff to contend with, and while I think the weapon manages to do it, it should be pretty close. In reality though, we both know his real signature is Kitain.

love your videos, I personally wouldnt use the layla weapon even though I am a HUGE layla fan (top 1% NA with fav) this is because I play layla in a eula team which really needs the energy and wouldnt benefit as much from elemental damage bonus. a high investment layla has decent personal damage esp with c6. if i was designing a layla weapon i would probably try to incorporate her lackluster c4 buff, and find a way to extend her shield length enabling longer rotations.
