I've been playing the new Saga Huatli as my dino commander, but realized she's not on this list because she's just a bard that's FRIENDS with dinos. Please remember to include her when you do "Best Bards who are Friends with Dinos Commander" episode.

The only issue with Keruga or Blue as commanders, its blue excludes it from majority of the best dinosaurs (which are red & green or white). Illuna is a decent exception but Im still waiting for a WUBERG dino commander.

Blue comes partnered with Owen and he adds Red to the identity so their deck plays out Island, Forest, Mountain, Not having white is not that much of a problem, Green and red are more than enough to fill the creature allotment with value and blue adds Cresting mosasaur, An on demand cyclonic rift built into a decent dino body and Nezahal who is absolutely cracked, You also get access to blues array of counter, Blink, Copy and draw spells There sorta is a prismatic commander already in Morophon, When you cast him from the zone you choose dino, He gives a small buff and a massive discount for some of the best dinos, Indo rex for 1, Ghishath for 5, Indo raptor for 1, Ravenous tyranno for 4 etc, He's not exciting but he is very potent

My personal Dinosaur commander is the saga Huatli, from Lost Caverns main set. Built in ramp, tutor, and a massive buff on the final chapter is really useful

Ironically I've been building him all week. Fight tribal. It's removal, triggers indo raptors random attack and gives them one less thing to sacrifice. Haven't actually played with it yet tho.

Love me some Dinos. I wonder how many of them are going to be Naya. I decided to go Gruul with Etali because everyone else was building either Pantlaza or Gishath

The biggest thing with pantlaza is you still get cast triggers off his ability

Gotta go with recency bias for Pants; Gishath simply *is* the best dino commander. He just wants to bring his dino friends to go RAWR.

I personally hate dino decks, maybe because they beat me up a lot. I play exclusively on arena now because I live in the country.. no play group within a hundred miles! I have to build my own. I'll let you you know how that works out eventually.. Ok back to the dinos. I like Pantlaza, it's an interesting chess match when I go up against it. Leave out the fact that I'm at about 30% against dino-might! LoL thanks for the fun video 😂

I like Pantlaza because you have to actually play a game with the deck. Etali and Gishath are just play and win commanders. Kalamax is one of the easiest to go infinite, combo pieces… Illuna as well. They all just do the exact same thing over and over and I would quickly get bored with them.

Pantlaza at #1…. It’s almost like they’re power creeping. Nowhere to go. It’s sad.
