In my opinion shen was most well written villain in all four of them because he damaged po physically but also mentally he was pure evil and even in the end he wanted to kill the po, his back story was masterpiece And second best villain is tai lung. And third kai And fourth and worse villain is chameleon

Very real, and both of them have experience in kung fu for at least 20 years while the fox was an ordinary thief that got tricked by a chameleon who pushes others down the stairs

@@Sharhawk Yeah her backstory and motives are pretty bland, I do find that she's basically Po if he was started studying sorcery after being rejected due to his appearance but the way Chameleon said "I was too small, too lowly, and kung fu was not my destiny" doesn't make sense there are lot of other animals who were smaller than her, she had a great potential sadly she's wasted of characted
