The PIR aspect is built into the bezel and they are not that expensive considering the time saving and features.

I think you are right Mark, these would be good for the small rooms etc. I am surprised that these haven't been brought to market before especially by JCC etc. The terminal block appeared to be a bit fiddly. I do prefer products being shown objectively rather than a sponsored video Nice one Mark.

You would need a smart relay of some kind to do that . Shelly or such as an example
