I bought this hot comb from Amazon in February and because I rarely use heat on my hair, I didn't use it until September and I have to say, I love the results. I actually used it with hair grease with no issues. I found the comb easy to use and hold and I love the scalp guard.

Metal expands when heated. Perhaps that’s why you had trouble putting on the guard on.

Do you think this would be suitable for flattening my moustache? It’s only about half an inch but some of the hairs are growing straight out. Is this really for longer hair do you think?

im currently living abroad and saw this same tool labeled as a beard/stache straightener so as a woman, while i never thought about this but i guess its possible? now im curious 👀 **searches** edit: it seems like most guys are "training" their moustache hair. i did find one guy using a tradtional flat iron. but it was one of the really skinny ones

I find, if you want bone straight hair, the flat iron would be better to use than the hot comb.
