So I got this bike a week ago and my roommate dropped it standing still and now the throttle won’t work and sometimes goes on its own I really need help I bought a new throttle but can’t find any videos anywhere of someone replacing it and I’ve never had a Ebike before but have been riding since I was like 8 so completely new to me

@@theevilben666 In some aspects LIFEPO4 yes, and others no. Electrically and the currents involved very much so. Do they short out, catch fire and burn down, typically no. I think it was Alibaba or aliexpress. Teabow New Energy store or something like it. $1200 shipped. 4000 cycles to 80% capacity. You might be lucky to get 1000 cycles out of a Lithium (Lipo) battery.

You need to install a voltmeter for charging and voltage reference. . You cant drain it 100 percent for lead acid it will not take long. . If your battery is 72v, the full is 80v, lowbattery is like 70 or 72v. Charging it for 1v per hour so thats 8 to 10 hr. Dont refer of the panel only with the bars because they are not like mobile phones

I just bought the same bike brand new it’s even red. Your videos are super helpful because the bike doesn’t have a manual. I would like to see pictures of the outside casing off. I’m curious what’s underneath. Also super important how to you get the speed limiter off so I can get going over 43 miles per hour. 55 would be great.

Love it man I have the exact same one ...so one question for you there are a couple clone bikes like this out there i dont recall the name of them but they have an add on accessory id like for this kind and it maybe laughable until you run out of charge and stranded ..but it had peddiling foot pedal added on to pedal bike it

Thanks a lot I’m glad you loved it! Great question, that’s something I have been trying to get answered myself because I definitely plan on modding to boost speed which will = faster loss of battery or power on the long run. Trust me I have walked this thing more times than I care to admit LOL

They have a few brands in canada..the emmo zone gts and the daymak em2 are two...i have the emmo zone gts the pedals don't work but they're on cause of laws in canada. The pedal allow them to be on the road with out a licence and insurance and you're only allowed to go 32 km/h

You pop it open with a flat-head screwdriver. There is a fat peg with a notch that holds it in place.

Lead acid no way. I can get about 20 miles on 32ah in the mountains. Get a better battery Lifepo4 and a different controller and these things rock then.

Great question, depends on where you are going and how fast? I personally have gone 3 1/2 hours on it almost 70+miles of travel but it definitely crapped out fast once I lost power

My personal best is 57 MPH on the perfect day but I’d say an average of 47-52 MPH give or take with weather conditions

lead acid battery in any electric vehicle are the worse and pretty useless in my opinion and for only 40mph the heck even kids stand up scooters now a days can go upto 40-70 mph , never get anything in lead acid battery throw it away immediately and swap it for lithium battery packs you will get way more miles and way faster.This is not even close to the best American ebike or motorcycle at all i wouldn't even put it at the best budget one either there is way way more better options.

I have this bike. Mine has the speed limiter off apparently, because it can hit 70 mph when set to "S" speed on a fully charge. The fastest Ive ever hit was 75mph a few weeks ago. Mine is different, it has 4 gears, Reverse, Livery(slowest) ,Drive (regular) and "S" (fastest).

These are starter bikes until we upgrade to Evoke and Energica bikes. E motorcycles are seriously the next dominant technology and market. ICE motors are no longer improving, nor is fuel coming down in price.

Definitely a good starter bike for new riders and I agree, E Motorcycle market is just beginning to become mainstream, even Tesla is now in the process of creating an E bike. Like you said with inflation, cars aren’t getting cheaper, these will be more and more prominent for day to day travel

@@dampbalaclava You are the second other young black man I've seen get into and review E motorcycles, and there need to be more of us. The Evoke Classic and the S are badass, 10.4kw (20hp), and easily 60/80ah. The Energica Eva Ribelle is my dream bike, 164hp, 169 ft-lbs torque. It slaps a GSXR, and the Kawasaki H2. There are many serious e motorcycles out here. Hopefully we can have a discussion and podcasts about the industry, availability, importing, and repairs/parts soon. Honorable mentioned: Ultraviolet F2, Harley Livewire, SC Toco Stash.
