So, after the recent update upon the conclusion of the Ninja World League in early July, I observed the Esoteric scrolls you receive from events do not give or guarantee any SS/SS+ items. I did not get the SS Weapon, Sewing Needle: Nuibari (Release), after my recent esoteric scroll appraisals considering I got as high as SS3 on the rewards list, which resulted in getting awarded 30 esoteric scrolls from the Ninja World League.
When appraising scrolls, it is better to go one at a time as it’ll take the least amount of scrolls if you get something good. Switching shops improves your chances of getting SS items because there are SS items in all shops and they have a designated e-scroll number for each player that when appraised would give SS items.
All SS items and their corresponding e-scroll numbers are predetermined by the updates/maintenance. Meaning, if you didn’t get anything good after appraising, wait for the next update and hope for better luck!

I have put in a lot of hours on the events to get all the free esoteric scrolls, in addition to getting esoteric scrolls as I level up and also get random esoteric scrolls as battle reward. I am honestly beginning to feel the random rate drops are not so random as the SS+/SS weapons are linked to the esoteric scrolls you get from playing Ninja World League, Ninja World Face-Off, and and the other Event where you fight with your VR Master instead of your CaC. For all the events except Ninja World Face Off, I have gone as high as S1 or SS5 on the reward list prior to and during the release of season 8. Might be why I do not have to keep opening so many scrolls to obtain said SS+/SS weapons.

So basically each save you do changes to drop rate meaning each time you redo your game restarting scratch change it to drop rate up

But when they bring the new one in your jewelry changes your draw rate changes so you might get a chance to get a purple whip but if you can't then you have the second method to fall back on

My friend said there is another way to get it but I don't want to do it you'd have to delete your saved data to get it meaning if you have two years of work in the game like me you'd have to give it all up for the purple weapon

When is purple weapon drops I'm giving all my stuff up for that weapon restarting from scratch for his weapon because I know I won't get the weapon of 60 Gold Scrolls but I try when it drops because when the new Banner comes around your drop rate only changes in that one

Your gold Scrolls what number you have whatever drops in that Goldsboro it's always the same no matter what you do over and over none of the stuff change so the only way to change your drop rate you have to delete your save every start from scratch

Each player restarting method game is a different drop rate like to speculating some players would have to do 20 times another players probably 40 or 30 other player drop rate is not the same but you will pull it off I believe in you

They give you 20 gold Scrolls when you start new again my friend pulled it off in 2020 gold Scrolls he got the purple weapon in 20 gold Scrolls purple weapon he end up getting that weapon

This is how bad my drop rate is poor purple weapons on my saved data I can go up to highest number it ain't going to matter I told up to 93 times and didn't get one purple weapon and then put 50 minutes goes in 50 Moon Scrolls didn't get the purple weapon that's not that's why I no longer care about talkies Itachi I don't hate this weapons since I'm not going to try anymore on it I gave up now I wouldn't give up what they made to drop rate a lot better

ATTENTION NOOBS: Save Escrolls with Sakura to reset your item draw when appraising, it resets or "refreshes" the set drop order(because it's set already what you will get). If you've used scrolls and feel like your just wasting,try this method. Note : Each set of scrolls you accept resets your draw (ie, if you accept 3 different singular E scrolls, that's 3 resets)
