I have the T1 desert tan and it's my favorite edc flashlight. I really enjoy the infinity loop feature.

Gotta have the mode-memory feature. That draws a significant line for me. It's painful to have to cycle through modes when you just need a consistant beam and output for checking out a bump in the night or rattling garbage can.

Love the T1, have multiple, the only downside is the turbo, it is to high for supplied batteries to hold for any reasonable use. I mean a few seconds is useless, I hardly ever use turbo so no biggie, like in this video, I woud bet it was NOT the full 1500 on turbo. Fresh charge, it will still kick down a few hundred lumens fast,even with higher power aftermarket batteries

Thurnite would definitely be on my list to get as it has more of a spread beam. I love torches that shine a long way but my preference is more towards a spread beam with a shorter distance.

I was debating spread vs. throw myself and i think throw is specialist or more narrow in scope

For me they have to have cr123a back up battery company. And I want ultra low for conservation of power. So for a small light, ultra low and decent high, and ca123 back up battery. 👍

Good idea for a comparison of lights, but it appears to have been hastily done, and improvement is needed as, at least, there are no comments on the battery types and their various run times and other advantages, the charging method trade-offs, whether or not they have magnetic bases, how waterproof and shock resistant they are, or, maybe, even mentioning their warrantees.

On the thrunite and olite any have issues with rubber button falling off or deteriorating

Brightest and longest lasting and common charger is what i want. But i do however like the idea of having a magnetic charger that glows in red or green❤

i thought i knew that voice even though i havent watched his videos in a long time cutlerylover i know which he is going to say is the best after all the channel its on is called thrunite im sure its not bias lol i love my T4K even though one of the buttons broke and i had to rig it to work again its 4000 lumens

the blinking when the thrunite reaches highest and lowest out put is a deal killer. worst feature ever. nothing like having the light shut on and off like that when trying to look at or for something... very disorienting having it flash off and on like that.

Thrunite could be perfect with magnetic charging like baton 3, or water resistant usb type c port

These lights were made before they incorporated type c charging but everything since has type c I believe

Couldn’t care what it has.. tbh I’d prefer no port as I just charge my batteries externally anyway. I’ve never been in a situation where a port on the light would have come in handy. I also keep an extra cell or two for my edc light in my bag.

“Which one is the brightest?” Is the last thing I care about.. realistically, I rarely need more than 200lm from my edc light. A good tint and high cri option are king for me.. if it produces an ugly light, I’m not interested. Next would be a good moonlight mode.. preferably 1lm or lower. After that, good mode spacing is important. Also, sheer lumen count leaves much of the story untold.. a 700lm light with tighter optics can be far more useful than a 1500lm flood in many situations. Don’t care about built in charging either. Would rather not have a USB port on my light.. a questionably sealed hole that I’ll never use and takes up more space.. no thanks.. I charge my cells externally and carry a spare or two. I also find swapping cells preferable to having to surrender my light for an hour or two while it charges.

This ^^^ also if there is onboard charging, I prefer a USB-C port whether on the body or battery as opposed to a proprietary magnetic system for charging on the fly

@@josephallen8545 I like the lumintop fwaa a lot.. I've got one with dedomed 4500 519s and the tint is great. Probably my best.. a cheaper alternative to that would be the wurrkos ts10. Eagtac d25c is another nice option that's about the same size with a simpler UI. for 18650/longer life, I like the lumintop fw3. For more throw, I really dig the ti antman. Also from lumintop. The rovyvon a series is great if you're more into a keychain, more limited use size. Not a huge fan of the built in battery on them but otherwise they're great.

@@jseden great but none of those options is available in my market. My choice is between the E18v2 or the T1 and im leaning towards the T1

From my experience, everyone says their lumen count is higher than it really is.... but Thrunite says it's WAY larger than it is, probably close to 1/3 more than what it really is....

I like some Thrunite lights (I own several) but not the sales-pitch double talk here. The reviewer repeats the same info 3 TIMES in the first 2 minutes.

these comparisons are 100% honest if you watch the video and listen to the details you will know why the Thrunite is preferred...every light has its pros and cons and not only do I mention them but I also mention to pick the best light for you...I never care if people agree with me or not I just share my opinions...so no its not biased at all...

@@northwales1000 Watch the video and tell me anything you hear that doesnt sound honest...these are facts its the cheapest its also the brightest...At the end of the day you decided to click on the video and you decided to watch the content why? if you dont trust in facts and my opinions or have interest ion the lights why even bother? If this was biased I would lay it on thick for them toi sell lights but thats just not the case...No ones making you buy anything or even know about anything...If it was just a commercial the other lights wouldnt even be seen it would be a video showing just Thrunite stuff talking about how wonderful they are and how nothing else can compete...this is simply a comparison, I dare you to break it down and try really hard to find any lies or untruthful information in this video...If you raced a corvette and a ford focus would you think wow this is biased obviously the corvette will win...not bias just obvious the corvette is faster BUT maybe you think the ford focus is more comfortable or just looks nicer its not always about who wins...the best light is the one you prefer...

@@cutlerylover I did watch it, just like the other paid for reviews that thrunite got you to do. Now do the reviews against like of Wowtac, Sofirn or Wurkkos. Lets see how quick Thrunite are quick to publish that video.

@@northwales1000 lmao Thrunite owns and makes Wowtac...so im sure they wouldnt mind them being good lights too...Sofrin makes some higher output very cheap lights but they seem to be much less reliable from my own experience and I have little experience with Wurkkos...Feel free to send them to me and I will absolutely put them side by side with other lights you want me to talk about...I usually dont waste my time with no name brands because when you have problems with them no one is there to help you figure it out or gte a refund...There are dozens of no name Chinese lights on the market and the are all fine for a junker light you dont mind throwing away when it breaks thats why you buy them so cheaply...Just lie knives its no different...Obviously you are not a smart person otherwise if you really felt these were paid reviews than you wouldn't watch them but clearly you still do, feel free to do what you want but dont make false accusations and throw dirt where it doesnt belong if I made biased untruthful commercials for Thrunite id be much better at it I promise you that lol

Once you have the power in your pocket of the TT20 you don't want anything else.. you don't want to go from a Corvette to a chevette. That's just my opinion.

That's why I carry both or similar. As it makes a great backup, or for light carry in gym shorts, it still has its place, just obviously not for you
