Amazing to see how far filters have come since I started. My grandpa got me hooked on Cokin back in the day. This video makes me want to get filters back in my repertoire. These look fantastic. Well done, John.

Thanks Dan! I used to use Cokin filters a lot back when I shot film. Then right before I went digital I upgraded to Lee filters. Then became convinced you didn’t need filters in the digital age. Hah!

Agree! I've just received the filter kit pro and it's fantastic from the box and the result. I've been searching for this type of product for so long. This is the best option. I highly recommend this guy's product.

How does the filter kit connect to the lens, does it fit all the lens size? thank you!

@@chengzhangwan2137 Hi! First, you put the ring into the lens. There are different rings for each size. So I can use my telephoto 70-300mm, 24-105, 11-16, etc. Once you have the ring, then you adapt the filter holder. And voilà! Easy peasy. That's it.

Certainly agree on the quality of K&F filters but not on the packaging. I dislike over packaging and paying for it. Also and as you mentioned the case is of no use to outdoor photographers. Great product but the supply needs simplifying. I'll buy it when they do that.

Hi, Thanks for your review. What ring adapter do you use on your 17mm TSE? I didn't find anything on the KF's site!

The 17TSE doesn’t accept ring adapters. If you want to use filters on lenses like that, you’ll want to go with the Wine Country Camera 150mm system: www.winecountry.camera/150mm-system

Thanks for the feedback! I don’t think this filter kit would work for the Sigma since the front element doesn’t accept traditional filters and filter rings.

I don't have any experience with your specific camera, but as long as you can use screw-in filters (58mm correct?), then I don't see why you couldn't use this filter kit. Have you tried stacking CPL + 2 ND filters? Any vignetting issue?

No, I haven’t. Most of the time I only need CPL and a graduated filter. Or CPL and 1 ND. Depending on how wide your lens is, vignetting shouldn’t be an issue.

Will this work with Sigma 150-600 Contemporary?

I don't think so. The Sigma has a 95mm filter thread and the drop-in CPL on this is 95mm. The kit maxes out at an 82mm filter ring.

Because of "photographers" like you, who test cpl in the studio, I bought this k&f set which has little to none pollination effect

“Photographers” like me, what are you implying? Have you seen my work on my website? www.magnoski.com If so, you can see that I’m a professional, working photographer. I tested this kit against my other kit and found it to be nearly as good for a lot less money, and say as much in my review. Not sure about this “pollination” effect you’re concerned about though. I’m assuming that was an auto-correct error and you meant to say polarization effect. If that’s the case, I would disagree.
