Hi David. Well, you know what I am going to say: no beer for me. Anyway, the food looked delicious but yes, they all look like German-influenced. The pork knuckle is known as pork hock and the "chicken pot pie" is similar to a vol-au-vent. Too much protein and fatty foods for my liking. However, it's true that they need that type of food in winter. As you get older, it's best to start changing your diet and I think you said that you are not going to focus so much on food. I already visited Luxembourg and I love the way everybody speaks french and everything is writing in french there and I don't have to make effort. 😁 I just had to be careful not to use bad words in front of people. 😛 Very beautiful country. 😍 Actually, "bouchée" means "a bite you take with your mouth" ("bouche" in french). This plate was developped by a french queen ("reine" in french) to seduce her king, so where does the name of this dish comes from. Thanks Wikipedia. 😂
