This is just gonna sound strange but honestly so much respect for Ana. “Yeah I picked my nose” like she was just so chill with the fact that it’s a normal thing and isn’t afraid to be herself or show who she really is and for that she should be respected. Ana you’re just an all around lovely and genuine person and I love you so much!❤️ definitely my favourite KZfaqr x I would love to see some mental health related content , coping with stress and A levels typed thing because honestly if Ana sat back with a drink and just chatted to us uncut it would be so comforting to all of us and her advice is bomb!

I always eat all the time, it’s sometimes because you can be tired and you just crave certain things or it can be hormonal and you can just want food, or it can be stress eating or depression eating or if your bored you might just wanna eat. If you drink more water like a glass then it can cure cravings and hunger and then eat only at breakfast lunch and dinner and then you won’t be as hungry throughout the day and also lay off salt aswell because that can make you want to eat more aswell xxxxxx

Usually Ana if you don’t drink enough like water or juice then you body can trick you into thinking your hungry but if you just drink a pint of water it could help ❤️❤️ love you and contents insane so keep doing you 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💖

Have a handful of granola and yogurt for breakfast its soo yummy and filling, or two sachets of porridge. It keeps you full longer than cereal and both are nice. Plus you like granola pots anyway gal what u waiting for go and make it 🔥🔥
