The reason Harry's rhythm and timing is so good is because he went to college to be a jazz drummer and even performed gigs afterwards for a few years. It allows him to easily speed up and slow down and change his flow. He doesn't always make his own beats, but they're always linked in the description and he's even rapped on beats he's never heard or ones being produced live. I feel like because he's gotten so good at that part he can focus more on the lyrics.
