The best French toast of your life with zero measurements: 5 eggs, roughly a tablespoon of flour, roughly a tablespoon of sugar, some cinnamon, maybe about 2 tspns of vanilla extract and I’d add a pinch of salt. Use 1 cup of some kind of milk. I used walnut/oat/date. It was runny. If you use a runnier milk/milk substitute, add another tablespoon of flour. Use Brioche bread for best results.
