There are a number of good books on Amazon to control ones breathing. As far as anxiety goes, try cold water on the face, or anything to shock your body. I would walk outside my house during the wintertime with just a t-shirt. The cold weather would shock my body to the point that canceled the anxiety. My mind was more worried about getting my body warmed up than the anxiety. I heard of folks sticking their head in the refrigerator for a minute or two. There are medication for panic attacks but your to young to start them.

Best of both worlds - having a mountain retreat and a condo near the beach. So, saying that, buy a condo there in Mactan Newtown. It was bare land before, a little more than a decade ago. In my crazy mind at that time, I thought of its potential … so I was one of the first phasers to buy a unit. Shocked of how it turned out to be - a modern community in Lapu-Lapu City very near the shrine and the famous shores where Magellan and his men met their fate. They’re building so many tall buildings in the area and that makes me scared of them obscuring my ocean view in the near future. I think, we have the same vantage point. I see the same view you’re having in my balcony. The Shangrila Hotel is, indeed … so beautiful! Across it is Olango Island, a birding respite for different kinds of birds while they migrate on their way to the south.

That's definitely anxiety ! You have to control it because if you go to a doctor you would be put on meds. You don't need meds. Due to Lupus I have been dealing with anxiety. It gets better but you have to manage it yourself when you have those feelings and thoughts. Read look at a movie comedy., call a friend pray but no meds.

Palpations could be many things is difficult to figure out which ones. Ex, "The gastrocardiac syndrome - heart palpitations caused by the stomach" youtube video. comments . Same here! Mine aren't irregular, per se, but it beats very quickly & uncomfortably. It happens if I eat something with a lot of carbohydrates, as well as large meals of any kind. I try to eat smaller portions & slower!

That sounds like anxiety. I used to get a lot of anxiety attack when I was younger (feels heavy in the chest) and sometime can be due to stress (you feel no control, it's like an emotional feeling attack). When I do, I would make myself some soothing tea (mine is rose tea). Some spas sell their own soothing/relaxing tea that you can purchase from directly or online. I also do lavender room spray and candle to help ease/relax just sit sip my tea and meditate. It works for me. Now that I'm older....I sometimes do a nice glass of red wine (in the evening of course)! So, either tea or wine is my saving grace! Try the tea remedy! Feel better honey. 😘

All beach resorts (large and small) prohibit night swimming on the beach and close the beach activity at most, by 6PM, simply because it is too dark to spot accidents such as drowning. Most hotels/resorts can't post a lifeguard on the beach 24/7. Besides, not many people like swimming in the dark ocean waters so posting a lifeguard on the beach 24/7 is not practical.

MJ, what happened to Papa’s arm fistula? I thought that one was supposed to be in place long term so he could get the neck fistula removed? Did something go wrong? The water is good for Papa becuase it puts more pressure on his legs than the air does, so it helps push the fluid back out of his legs. Plus if he is walking around in the water he also gets the muscle activity to push the fluid out of his legs too. Another thing that might help him, when he is stitting on his patio at home, if he could prop his legs up above the level of his hips then the legs will drain back toward the trunk of the body and take some strain off his heart. It doesnt solve the kidney issue but it does help the legs drain on their own. Does he still have to go for dialysis 2 or 3 times a week? Is there hope of more help from the government? Also, since you got your visa, are you trying to plan a trip to spend time with Robbie? You know the whole vlogosphere is looking forward to that. Lol

MJ with shortness of breath it could be an allergy to something or have ur self check cuz u want to get an exam of your heart. This is not the only time you are mentioning about u having that symptoms.

MJ, buy your dad a baseball hat, convince him to wear it. The head can lose 40% of the bodys heat on a hot day or retain with a warm winter cap like he wears. He would be cooler in a baseball hat. Just an FYI... SECOND, Get cistern and tie your roof rain gutters to it so it fills when it rains. You can then use the water to wash the car and for the garden. If it was filtered you could even shower with it. Lastly, Buy a BBQ grill so you can grill the meat, it tastes so much better than pan fried. Less cleanup too.
