Watching Danaher I spend 10 minutes on a 30 minute video. Watching Jon Thomas I spend 30 minutes on a 10 minute video

You ain’t lying! Danahar has good stuff, but he takes forever to get to it! This guy knows how to deliver

The last year or so I have really tried working on more bodylock/halfguard chest pressure type passing, but honestly I keep coming back to stack passes and knee cuts as pretty much the only things that work for me. Glad to see I am following the crowd!

I was just trying to stack my purple belt yesterday. I wasn’t nullifying his feet and knees good enough to pass his open guard. So I said “you know what. Fuck it. Let me yeet his feet up and get his hips high.” I had success. lol I’m glad you posted this. Will be working on these concepts. Thank you Coach Thomas 🙏🏾🖤

My neck is hurting just watching this. No way I'm that flexible. Something is going to break if I get stacked like that

I agree with the spirit of the other commenters. You're the best at this right now IMO. Thank you for the content.

Haha well fortunately people who aren’t as flexible usually have their hips low so you don’t need to stack them

Is stacking a dick move?
@ryansmith91385 ай бұрын
Nope
@swoopingeagle39425 ай бұрын
Against unexperienced players, yes, cause they may have never been put there and could hurt themselfes. From blue belt up it's a completely legit move
@Vscustomprinting5 ай бұрын
Definitely talk to your partner about it "shoulders, back, knees?" Maybe discuss flexibility

No not really I think you just need to be mindful of how fast and who you do it to
@FreeDingus5 ай бұрын
Mr Jon Thomas, you have started to speak slower which really helps us follow you. You spoke much faster in your earlier videos which naturally happens to intelligent people who want to braindump on you😅

Thanks buddy! Been working on that and just making content more watchable and flow better.
