Does the leader exemplifies courage, sincerity, benevolence and strictness? 4. Does the leader enforce strict method and discipline? Regardless if it is in game or business. Success as a leader more or so a commander of an army is base from the person knowing, understanding and applying these factors.

I was a leader of an alliance with 150 million power but the biggest problem we faced was inactivity and time zone differences.
