Dude, I started to make some adjustments to my morning routine two years ago and, for me, it isn't easy, because I have some drowsiness during the entire day. I don't know why, (I mean, I'm in shape, I eat quality food, my exams are ok...) but I make my exercises even without pleasure. I take my cold bath even unwillingly, I prepare my shake with some liquified vegetables and follow. I often wonder why I do it, but It doesn't matter, I need to do it. I think it would be worse if I didn't. Thank's for your video, gave me a new perspective of adjustments that I can try

awesome, glad it was helpful. first place to look if you're tired during the day is sleep hygiene. so many good resources out there on sleep.
