Just wanted to suggest some wonderful products that are more reasonably priced. Cerave cleansers, ordinary glycolic toner, ordinary aha/bha peel, differen gel, olay pro retinol eye cream. I haven't found a drug store facial retinol, serum or moisturizer that gives me the hydration I need but clinique has great ones and you can find them on sale often. The combo above transformed my skin from acne and scars to clear, calm and even. You don't always need to spend ridiculous amounts of money but focus on the active ingredients and what results you want to see.

I swear by the Halo Kiwi Seed Booster... I have been taking it for 3 months and I'll never stop (unless they stop making it). What a difference it makes!

LisaZ it depends on what you're looking for. Kiwi is just for the skin, and really helped even out my skin tone, texture, and got rid of my acne (along with my regular skincare routine). The Hair Skin Nails is an overall vitamin to help all areas of hair and nail growth, as well as some skin benefits... There is biotin in HSN, which can break some people out. Biotin is not in Kiwi. I hope this helps and... Check out their website for full descriptions, I'm sure it's clearer than I can explain 😍

As a pre-med and as someone who has shadowed a few doctors and have quite a few doctor friends please! please! Use caution when taking supplements and vitamins as it is possible for overdose as well as excess mineral build up which can lead to gallstones and/or kidney stones as well as liver damage. It’s best to get all your vitamins and minerals from a healthy diet of lots of color and low sugar, fat, and salt intake. Also if you are taking supplements or vitamins be sure to have blood work to check your vitamin and mineral levels so that your at a safe level! Stephanie Sosa thank youuuu. Too many people think it’s just taking a vitamin and no big deal when in reality ANY vitamin that goes into your body, you should be discussing with your dr first. It’s really that important.

Samara Menges yeah with this whole fitness and wellness craze, which is fantastic btw, but vitamins are something that’s not had to much research in but what we do know is that you can overdose on them which is scary so I hope to spread this message and I’m glad that you are aware of this too! Hopefully more people become aware meanwhile I’ll keep spreading this info😁

I would "LOVE!" if you are going to chat about hair, skin, and nails do a "series" maybe of getting together with other people who really dive into hair, skin, and nails as well but have different hair, skin, and nails issues and types. It would be so cool to see what each person uses, how the products differ, and even if some products don't work for one person but work really well for another person!

I love the fact that you mentioned so many skin related products! I started taking my skin care seriously for the past 4 months and the only thing i was missing was some good vitamins! In love the fact you mentioned Tati's Halo products. The hs&n vitamins I get from the grocery store don't seem to make much of a difference for me. I have super fine hair and PCOS. My hair grows slowly and I had a bad salon experience a few months ago. My nails are also not as nice as they once were, either. I'm getting older, and have started really cracking down on a skin-care routine good for me. Since you promote her product, I may just have to try it. I love Tati and her advice, but I guess I just needed reassurance from another of my favorite beauty gurus before trying. Thanks!
