So addressing confusion - players still have a BASE POTENTIAL. Obviously players can be better or worse based on how much you play them, but given play time, these players are guaranteed to be good. Hence me talking about high potentials! Enjoy my Gs

I remember in Fifa 15 it has some weird potentials, a german goalkeeper called Baswich was 92. Never heard of him? That's because on sofifa, his potential was 68. You cannot tell they didnt have dynamic potentials then. There was even a CB called Gtant Hall that grew to 89, and his potential was supposed to be under 75

Speaking of No. 10s....A No.10 i enjoyed on Fifa 19 was George Honeyman....he could beat a man...had pace to get away from the man....and with a bit of training pick a pass cause his vision was decent it was the execution that needed work....his finishing honestly was horrid but with training it came good...he also had good attacking position meaning got into scoring positions....And was a High/High so he worked his socks off.....one of the most enjoyable 10s on Fifa for me personally
