Reporting back, I got them and while the extra hip space is wonderful and it is by far the most flattering cut I've ever had, still waaaay too big at the waist. I can fit both my hands near my bum. I'm disappointed.

And thank you so much for the recommendation, do they fit you well at the waist and do you have any other brands you like ? I'm still interested in breathing but I don't want to look like I could fit a whole baby in there lol. It's so hard, I always need to size up because of my big ass hips 🙄 I've come to appreciate my figure, now I just want clothes that fit 😭
