Choker hitch: 120 degrees, single wrap with a shackle (less friction & less stress on eye of sling), 120 degrees, double wrap without shackle. I always double wrap to ensure that the sling won’t slip. It’s good practice to use shackles because less provide less stress on the sling eye.
