Excelente propuesta! Muy cómodo el sistema para recoger las cenizas. Pero a mí, no me funcionó con el cuello tan largo. La candela se ahogaba y terminaba por apagarse. Para que la llama fuera como esa, tuve que impregnar la madera con combustible, ya que no funcionó con alcohol, ni aceite. Ahora, Una vez que le mandé a recortar el tubo vertical y agregué otra entrada de aire, cambió todo. Sin necesidad de combustible, la llama fue súper eficiente, y calentó rápido. Me encanta tener esta estufa auxiliar!

Why is the ever best made Rocketstove ever ? It looks nice. How much insolation did you use for the straight upwards pipe ? Beleive me, if you would make it doubled walled and insolate it with f.e. Perliet mixture with cement you can make it roar. Dig a hole. Put it in there. Throw it up again and burn it. You will see the difference. You could try it once with your next build not ? I have made a few at a home. With a Bell. The sound was so relaxing. But it gets hot in and above the burn chamber. Steel will go bad after a time. So had to use stones. But after a few years they have to be changed also. Never found a material that could withstand the heat over longer time. I love wood and coal stoves. And also Rocketstoves. Maybe also try one where you pre-heat the air before burning. Like Nestor did with their Woodbox. Fire is so cool. Beer also.👍

The supports are entirely unnecessary and add weight. Some of that weight is up high. It works, but why add weight and make something less stable?

You didn't need to make the stove so complicated. It's actually much much much simpler to make a rocket stove without the Y BEND. you simply stack two pipes one inside another and stagger the heights. The inner chamber is below. Fuel burns there. Produces some smoke. Outer chamber is raised, taking in oxygenated air from its bottom, which heats up between the sleeves, merges with the inner tube at the inner tube top, ignites the unburnt smoke and provides a 5inch wind shield ie the gas chamber. Whole thing telescopes back down, pack up and carry anywhere. It's my design. It works.
