Love the vid! But I want to say that lone survivor actually no longer gives you a movement bonus they removed it a while ago but never actually changed the description, just thought it'd be good to say.

I find stab works extremely well for me. Especially against dinos smaller than you. It has a quick cool down and can apply good bleed if you land enough of them. It shreds achillos

Personally I like webbed feet over Traction that Stam regeneration penalty is way to much. Plus webbed feet has saved my skin so many times when being attacked by mixpackd since I can swim much longer and use a a river or even the ocean to escape or chase down a fleeing semi aquatic. You definitely sleeping on it’s water abilities and if the lamb tlc is anything to go by I assume Iggy will also lose tough scutes and get streamlined

I'm personally a big fan of triple Defense Iggy. Have one grown on both Gondwa and recently now on Panjura officials. I'm a big defensivse passive playstyle though. I keep my right side to them and pop them in the face with my tail non stop and get good back kicks in when I can but never stop moving and walking/circling them keeping my right side on them for the quick tail pop. This can make them act up sometimes and want to move to your left side to try and out maneuver your tail and that's pretty much the only time I try to use thumb attack is to catch them slipping in that moment. Never stop moving don't run too much other than to dodge big attacks/bone breaks or at least position your tail/back end to take the brunt of it.

Lambeo tlc is out!! Hopefully it will be in the next best build but I really like the speed sub species for iggy, I like the extra speed it gives personally

Im gonna be honestly with you, this Iguanodon is not supposed to kick with two legs like a horse, it doesn’t even make sense and it’s too heavy raise its legs high. It would make sense if it can kick with one leg like how a huge herbivore would do. Thanks for the content

Tbh, iggy I feel like is one of those Dino’s where it doesn’t really matter what subspecies you choose. It works with either one you choose, just play every one the same. I have a few iggy fight videos on a defense on my channel (channel buff loll)

Really hoping iggy gets new abilities that make those thumbs more of a problem, mabye like a charged thumb jab that does massive bleed

Iggy is slated for an ability tlc, and I've seen a lot of people suggesting it that it gets the bipedal stance lamb is going to get to help its stab connect better, but I think the biggest issue aside from the pitiful range is that Iggy only attacks with one thumb. I know the reason for that is that when Iggy is bone broken it limps with the other front leg lifted up, but that could easily be rectified if the devs made Iggy limp with one of its back legs lifted instead

If I'm not incorrect and read the patch notes correctly, things like balanced tail and lone survivor have text that aren't accurate to the actual given buffs. Lone only gives an armor buff of 10% and balanced only gives a turn rate buff of 5% as opposed to what the text says on screen. There's a lot of abilities that have text that is several months and more than a few updates out of date.

Anytime I used my iggy I use my stab more then anything and usually win the fight about 90% of the time but your right it’s hard to hit though

The only way to tell if a sucho runs out of Stam is when they only start to use their bite instead of their claw because their claw attack uses stam so it’s gonna be more easier to tell.

Random Tips for mobile players out there. As you mobile player would already know. On mobile your HUD will give you only 2 abilities buttons on the right of the screen with one above the other and the all the other abilities you will have to press manually from the abilities showcase in the middle above Stats bar. (I think I use pretty bad words cause I don’t know any technical word but I hope you get the idea) So based on my personal experiences. The most efficient buttons layout is to choose the attack that will be your main weapon (or frontal attack, like the bite, headbutt, thumb spike etc) as the that you will equip to the above button as it is the easier to press than the one below because the one below is literally at the corner of the screen therefore more effective. And then equip the secondary attack (or rear attack) to the one below like claw attack and tail attack or in case of iguanodon which has 2 rear attacks, I would personally put the back kick here instead because to use this kick, I have to be quick and precise so being able to initiate it at any time instantly is a positive to me. Plus the tail attack doesn’t need as much precision as it has large range. And as always there’s an exception. Like Ano and Stego both of which only has tail attacks though the same principle can still be apply. The one above is for the most frequently-use and the one below is for the less-frequently-use. There’s also a tricky case like Sucho, Spino and Achillo which has more attacks option than other Dino. In this it will depends more on how proficient you are at certain move. Spino for example has excellent agility and as you guys probably have seen how many pro Spino player fight, they dance around their enemies and all three attacks are put to use so the bite attack will remains the main one but the second attack will depends on either you are more of a scratcher or slapped. The same goes for Sucho but with normal bite as the main attack or for shameless players that will be claw barrage and the second attack will either be claws attack or barrage if you equip bite as the main attacks or tail slap if you equip claw barrage. Hope this help Oh god why did I wasted 15 minutes typing this thing.

For iggy thumb attack you need to move your camera up to actually hit while tail riding. With fighting a allo it's better to keep them running and tail riding thumb attack doing alot bleed to keep them on their toes. Since iggy getting ability tlc..soon. me being a iggy main you did real good with that allo.

I feel like Iggy could use a rework. Iggy needing to rely on tail attacks and back kicks rather then its signature weapon just feels wrong. Like if Eotrike needed to rely on biting things with its beak.

iggy!!! ive beaten my friend on ano once or twice as bal iggy which i main, very long and fun fight where i nearly died multiple times, but its possible!! same with stego. took on an eo once (or twice) and i didnt win but got them quite low, though idk if that has anything to do with lack of experience on their part or if i just did pretty good. regardless, its a solid dino with great attack coverage

Love my iggy but i dont need the better turn. Its enough for me to fight against many. I found the most important ist the stam....always. and traction is top but the stam regen is soooo much less then without. Ur main attack use stam. For me its better with no traction on but all the rest, i agree 100%❤
