I just made it for the first time. For me, the consistency of the badder was a little less runny, maybe you used a bigger egg, or it's because I used the improved version of the flour with arrowroot powder. So it was almost like actual bread dough. I put it in a normal, oiled bowl, and did 3 minutes in the microwave and it turned out absolutely PERFECT. It feels and tastes 99% like toast bread, genuinely incredible! Thank you for working on this, singlehandedly bringing the keto diet to a whole new level!

I just made it. It is wonderful! I made a slight mistake. I cut it into two slices and ate just one slice. It was delicious!!! It made me crave a grilled cheese sandwich, but I only have one slice. So off I go to make another slice or two. Your recipes are the best. Keep up the great work.

Oh, that looks incredible, I’m so happy to see this, as I’m really tired of the 90 second bread. Just a FYI for your health. Pam has not so good ingredients. Most keto folks use olive oil spray, to stay away from seed oils. You have taken my bread recipes to new levels!! Thank you❤

Ghee is so easy to make!! You’ll be so glad you did!! The butter flavor is intensified with your homemade ghee!! I do not like the bought stuff!! For prepping it is self stable meaning no refrigeration is required!! One of the best things I have ever learned to do!! I also get my butter at lild’s because of the great price and quality!!

Made your bread this morning and I was skeptical because all the microwave keto stuff I’ve made hasn’t been appealing however I trusted the process and ingredients and was pleasantly impressed and even more when my non keto husband ate it toasted with butter. We love you and love your heart! It is such a joy to watch you and get to benefit from your diligent research! We made the bread and made a few revisions that we think makes it a little bit more to our preferences. 1) can substitute egg white equal to whole 1 egg for less eggy flavor 2) 1/8 tsp salt adds balance 3) 1 1/2 tsp Allulose to give that tiny sweetness that yeasted wheat bread has (haven’t tried just adding yeast for flavor instead) 4) 15 gm mozzarella for that little bit of “chew” to the texture. Processed all the dry ingredients in the mini processor then added to the beaten egg with water. Thank you SO MUCH for sharing this recipe! I don’t eat bread often and buying a loaf of keto. Bread ends up with at least half of it going in the trash or going stale, so I’m really thankful to be able to make just two slices, enough for one sandwich, on the rare occasions that I eat bread. Thank you, thank you thank you!

My wife is making mine in round ramican bowls. It rises enough to get 3 slices from each one. I'm saving the top slices to be used for hamburgers 🍔 and the two lower slices for breakfast toast! Yummy!!! 😋

Hi Victoria I’ve been making this recipe and I love it! I decided to play with it and instead of a square bowl I used a silicone bagel mold and was excited it turned out looking and tasting like a bagel. Next I’m going to try adding some cinnamon to batter to see if I get that cinnamon bagel flavor I miss. Thank you ❤

For my 2nd batch, I quickly fried up half an onion and a small garlic clove in a pan, grated about 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese and mixed it through the badder. WOW! I'm certain that I will do this recipe hundreds of times from now on!

Just made it. Love it! Ate one plain just for taste and one toasted with butter, then added sugar free strawberry jelly and peanut butter to the toasted one. I just tried it! It is the best Keto bread that I've tried!! It's husband approved also (believe me, he's finicky!!). It's a keeper. Thank you for all that you do! Also, I've been meaning to tell you that I used your sweetened condensed milk recipe as coffee sweetener by adding vanilla and cinnamon. Yummy!

I just made two batches. The first one I made it just like the recipe and the second I added a teaspoon of nutritional yeast. I like the original recipe best. It was a little drier with the nutritional yeast. The original recipe is not eggy at all. Its very good and toasts very well. Its also very filling and great with butter, cinnamon and sugar on it. By the way your perfected flour ,yeah I make it by the bulk ,and I literally use for everything. My last attempt was for turn overs ( various stuffing) and let me tell you it tastes great fried, and air fried .

@@sherylfernandes2710 the same recipe ,although I’ve increased 1/4 tsp of oil. I used the pasta machine with the lasagna attachment, between each ( number change ) ,I sprinkled flour to ensure the dough doesn’t stick. How thick or thin the end dough result is entirely a personal preference. Then I lay down the dough strip on a floured surface, and stuffed it with various stuffing . Then I tried it fried ,and air fried them . They were all delicious. I made with it a sauce that I love to add or dip ,which is cilantro,garlic, chili ,salt , tomato and lemon juice ,and a bit of water ( all mixed in a small food processor ) . If you’ll try making it , please let me know.

Just made it! I used a circular bowl lol thats what I had available. I toasted it lightly and made a sandwich immediately because I'm hungry haha The flavor is great especially when toasted! Ohio is really dry right now so it may be drier for me than for others. I may add butter to the recipe or just apply butter for eating 😊 I'm so excited that it's crispy when toasted! Can't WAIT to return to my favorite toast and tea for breakfast! Thank you dearly, Victoria!

Made this bread earlier in the week and boy oh boy is it amazingly delicious and easy. Thank you for this, and all of your, recipes! I appreciate all your hard work. You make my life easier. My husband has high blood pressure readings lately and had been on a high carb/sugar diet. He has decided to change his plan to Keto. I have until the end of this month to get his numbers down, as that's when he has a Dr. appt. I do not want to have them prescribe medication for him. I'd rather do it naturally thru amazing recipes like these. I gave him a sandwich on this bread yesterday for his lunch and asked him what he thought. He said it was different, but good. So, Victoria, you are helping one more man get healthier and our family can not thank you enough! ❤🍞😘

I wanted to post about this bread because I live at high altitude. (I tried Victoria’s regular loaf and it just wouldn’t rise enough because of the altitude maybe?) I just made this 2 minute bread in a round corningware dish and it turned out perfectly!!! I got 3 slices from my loaf and they are equivalent to slices of regular bread. I toasted one of the slices and when I took it out of the toaster it did smell kind of “eggy”, but I topped it with peanut butter and oh my! The texture was perfect and light and the taste was neutral. I am so happy right now😊😊😊 Thank you Victoria!

I had to come back and say YUM! It was so perfect with my breakfast for mid-dinner. I made mine in the smaller square ramekin that you have linked, using 1. It puffed up enough cooking at 2 1/2 minutes that I was able to get 3 slices.. It was so good and I will be honest. I am a bread snob, I never have met a keto bread that I can say that I wholeheartedly liked until this one. Fantastic Job! 👍 I bet this would be awesome for bread pudding..

Success!!!!!!!!! I initially made up the flour per Victorias directions. Exception being the brands that I used. I used what I had in stock, not what was suggested. The result of that “first”2 minute bread, honestly I just didn’t like the texture or the flavor. But…… my order arrived and I apprehensively made up a new batch of flour and tried the bread again🤞 OMGosh it is REALLY good! I’m so glad I tried again. Thank you Victoria 🤗

You are not kidding about wanting to come back to this bread!! It's so easy and so yummy! I used a 2 cup pirex round dish and can slice 4 nice slices because of the height. My favorite thing to make with this is french toast!!! It holds the egg mixture so much better then even normal bread! AMAZING recipe❣️

I got 4 thin slices out of this by using those plastic sandwich keepers! I used 2 and put half of the dough in each one to each sprayed container. This was really good. So soft! It did crisp up as toast, but I thought it was better non toasted. Thanks for a great recipe!

I love this!!! Except it was a bit eggy & a bit soggy in the centre so the second time I made it, I adjusted it by adding salt, replaced the egg yolk with 1tb heavy cream, added 1tsp dry yeast to the water & cream and let it rest. Finished cooking in my air fryer because it was still a bit soggy and this time it turned out perfect!!

You won’t be sorry. I love this combo flour, I keep it in my fridge in a huge bag😅. It’s my go to. I make this 2 min and double it. That gives me enough slices for a few days. I love it and I see my weight going down since I’m not eating store bought keto bread.

I used Victoria’s flour blend with the oat fiber and I loved it very much. So I think u could use the oat fiber to replace the bamboo fiber. But I’m not as experienced is she would be. I’d ask her for her expertise. I only bought the bamboo fiber cause she used it and a lot of keto people liked it.

@@weberhomestead everything I’ve made out of Victoria’s flour recipe she gave to us on her KZfaq channel, has been the best tasting diet food I’ve ever had. I have dietary restrictions so I can’t eat almond flour a lot, so that makes me eat different mixtures of flour sometimes.

I made your newest PKFlour and 2 minute bread. Toasted it and added no sugar peanut butter with a little Allulose! AWESOME! The following morning, I used the remaining bread to make French Toast! FABULOUS! 😃 Thank you!

Tried your recipe this morning. It came out well, and toasted well, and I am in agreement that no Keto bread is ever going to taste like regular bread that we've eaten prior to Keto. However, it is the best recipe I've ever tried. Works well as toast with low sugar jelly. Not crazy about any Keto breads for sandwiches. Thanks for all your help! Keep baking!

I just made your 2min bread. I made it in silicone rounds like a bun for sausage and eggs sandwich. They are a lot of calories but is the best tasting keto Bread I've ever ate and I've been doing keto for 4yrs 7 months. Thank you.

@TNGalVOLS the macros for 2 slices are: 341.68 calories, 24.86 fat, 4.34 net carbs, 29.18 protein, 1.42 sugar. It's really good but 341.68 calories for just the bread is high. Save it for a day you workout alone. Lol

Hi Victoria!!! I just made this bread and it’s awesome!!! I toasted mine as an evening snack, spread some French butter and a sprinkle of parmigiano Reggiano. Delicious. I’m going to make another one and add cinnamon and a little Allulose for a breakfast bread. I always have your mixture in my refrigerator ready to go. Ty😊!!

had this just now, good recipe, didn't realize almond flour was literally ground almonds. Heavier than i imagined, but pretty good. i gave it a good toasting for texture. Thanks for the recipe!

I love this 2 min bread. I had poached eggs on toast today. Yippee. I’ve tried micro and baking. The microwave is the best! This is my go to, as I have a big bag of your flour in my fridge.🙂

I just made this bread and used the square corning ware mini bake ware. It made 2 thick enough to slice. To dry them out a bit more, I also put them into the air fryer for 2 minutes at 360° each side. Thank you for being so decided.

Awe thank you! So when u say mini then they were filled higher than my dish which changes a lot about it actually. I definitely recommend the souper cubes dishes that I use they are AMAZING and I have more to come using them!

Hey Victoria, I just used your updated perfected keto bread flour with baking powder to make a loaf. I know you said the gluten made it funky but I added 11.25 grams of Anthony's Vital wheat gluten, 30 drops of wheat bread flavoring and instant yeast. I let it rise in a cold oven that warmed with the light in the pan for an hour but then I mashed it back down. It wasn't sticky like before. It handled like dough. I cut for slits in the top and let it rise another 45 minutes. It looks like a regular loaf of bread and it smells delicious. It hasn't even started cooking yet. I'll let you know what happens... Edited to update: I only used 1 3/4 cup of water. Next time I'll try 2 cups. Also, I didn't get to mess with it after the first rise properly so next time I'll let it rise the first time in a bowl and the second time in a pan. Also, I think the yeast ran out of food. By the time I got to cooking, it stopped rising. In 50 minutes it is very dense but dry and there's a tight crumb but there's a crumb! It actually tastes pretty good. I'll add a 1tsp of sugar next time to feed the yeast as well. It looks like regular bread that's just not been proofed right. I think this will work very nicely as a pizza dough with Italian seasoning and garlic powder as is. It doesn't taste like dirt at all. Also I kneaded it in the stand mixture for 8 minutes on medium. Edited to update again: Ok, so there needs to be a whole lot more wheat gluten. Like 3:1 wheat gluten to flour mixture. I'm tired but if anybody else wants to take over from here that's where I'd start. Proof the yeast. Mix the 3 parts vital wheat gluten with 1 part flour mixture and play with the water. Use instant yeast and once it has risen the first time, divide it in half of you want to and don't touch it after you shape it and put it in a loaf pan. Cover and let it rise again. It should double in size. And I think part of what's going wrong with Victoria's recipes is they require very precise weights of ingredients and if your kitchen scale isn't one that you can level the feet and check it down to 0.01g you're probably just enough off to mess it up.

VWG is very bad for many people with sensitivities not only to Gluten … also Yeast can upset others… not recommended for Keto

I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found VKK. Like you, Victoria, I feel that I've searched far and wide for a tasty, stable, versatile piece of bread and just about gave up until I stumbled upon VKK. After trying the recipe and tasting it for the first time, I have to agree that your bread IS the best...in the world. I believe you have found the perfect blend with your Perfected Keto Flour and using it in your bread recipe is your crowning achievement. I made it exactly as it was suggested using the gram measurement instead of cup measurements and it came out perfect. Seriously friends of Keto, you cannot go wrong with this recipe. Enjoy your victory of finally finding THAT ONE bread recipe you've been searching so long for. Also, being able to slice your bread thin was a big deal for me too and you have that with this recipe as well. I keep mine in the fridge for just that reason. I sure hope you’re right about taste! I have tried every recipe out there from the egg white bread, almond, coconut, to Lupine and they all taste disgustingly to me. I so miss having a sandwich every now and then and using it as a hamburger or hotdog bun. Going to give it a try today. Thank you for all you do.

Just a thought…if you don’t cut it in half, it’s Texas Toast thickness and would make “killer” French toast (among other things). 2 carbs!! Type A me is gonna have to find a way to slice that straight…😂😂😂

I'll definitely give your recipe a try. I'm used to franz keto bread, and it was so awful that it grows on you after a while. LoL I've had a loaf of the stuff stay "good" in my cupboard for four months. I just recently tried Hero keto bread and if you didn't know what it was you'd never guess.
