You can put anything in a Gimbap, but I think my combination is the best. My family and friends go crazy with my Kimbap.
Making Gimbap is not hard but it’s very time consuming. However, once you have all the ingrdients ready, you can keep the ingredients in the refrigerator and take them out when you want to make some.
You can roll them as many as you need and eat all day. Don’t season all of rice. Season 3-4 cups, which makes about 3 rolls, or the amount of rice you need at the time of rolling.
Don’t keep rolled Gimbap in the refrigerator. Rice gets cold and harden.
I season my rice with cooking vinegar like sushi and it makes my Kimbap special and so much better than others.
