I am Italian, and I’ve learned to cook lasagna from my mother. This recipe I just saw here was very similar to How I was taught to make the lasagna Bolognese. Watching all the love and care and patience into making this amazing dish shows that the love and passion of food in my opinion is most profoundly expressed through the hands of mothers and grandmothers. Bless this woman who put all that love is making that food

I admire their work ethics and their simple way of life. My paternal grandparents are Navajo Indian that live on the Reservation.We had no running water or electricity growing up. My maternal grandparents were farmers in the midwest. I can appreciate this way of life.

My grandmother kept everything so organized and clean and my grandfather would help set up everything for her to cook. They had the marriage I have always dreamed of. Unfortunately they are no longer amongst us, and sadly, the new generations from their hometown are becoming more and more modernized. Какие счастливые люди, живут в гармонии с природой, а как вкусно и сытно едят, просто слюнки текут. Хозяин- мастер заваривать чаи, да все разные, а уж хозяюшка готовит такие деликатесы, что позавидовать можно. Эти технологии веками отработаны, все жаровни, кувшины, глиняная посуда - это из прошлых веков, все хранит память. Здоровья и счастья хозяевам!
