Speaking on your comment about butterflies, I was reading a book several years ago (I believe it was E^2), and decided to specifically focus on the manifestation of butterflies. I chose butterflies because it was February in upstate, NY, and my thought was that there was absolutely no possibility of manifesting butterflies in the middle of winter. Nevertheless, I continued to focus my mind on butterflies all morning from the moment I woke up, throughout my morning routine, on my way to class at Binghamton University; right up until my professor walked in. The very first slide that appeared on the projector was a tree… completely covered in monarch butterflies. Not one, not a few, but hundreds if not thousands of monarch butterflies. The signs are not always that obvious, but they are everywhere once you’re in tune with them. Take from that story what you will. I watched The Secret years ago and it changed my paradigm. It led me down an incredible path of learning and personal growth, and has since opened the door to the discovery of an entire world of possibilities I never could have imagined. It has changed the trajectory of my life completely, but there is no shortcut. It is a fundamental change that requires commitment of your soul. Since discovering this, I could never have imagined being where I am today, and my life has never been the same. The beginning of a new path starts with a single and seemingly tiny change, but the quantum leaps that you seek are the result of long-term, dedicated focus on achieving multitudes of tiny steps that are in congruence with your goals. You have to focus the entirety of your being on it. Quantum leaps are cultivated. The universe will reward you once you tune yourself to the proper frequency and continuously and conscientiously correct course to remain in the proper frequency. There are no shortcuts. Focus.

Nonetheless, I continued to focus all of my mental and emotional energy on this idea of manifesting butterflies. I kept my focus through my morning routine, during my drive on my way to class at Binghamton University, on my walk to the lecture hall, while sitting and waiting in my seat, and right up until my professor walked in the room. The moment he turned on the projector, there on the screen was a tree… completely covered in monarch butterflies. Not one, not a few, but hundreds if not thousands of butterflies. You can imagine the shock and disbelief I experienced in that moment. If that wasn’t a sign that this concept of manifestation is real, I don’t know what is.

Keep going I use to manifest everyday that I got three metrics met at work..and went on with my day by scripting thanking god as if done. I would apply law of assumption and noticed everyday it was happening and didn’t have any doubtful thoughts after 2 weeks of applying because it became a norm in my routine. This is when I had my 9-5 but now my whole reality has changed .. long story but if you change your way of thinking everything becomes magical

Feeling is emotion.

​@WickedHill Feeling is a much more deep sensation. Emotion is like motivation. While feeling is the dedication that keeps you going, it's much more viable than the emotion. Once you grasp hold of it, you definitely know the difference.

Feeling is sensation like touching something with your fingers or pain. Emotion is happy, joyful, sad, angry, grief, shame, etc.

while working at sea and feeling sea sick I would lie to myself and chant in my head I feel fantastic, love the feel of this motion. Eventually my subconcious believed it and I always felt great from the ocean motion. I explained to a sea sick prone colleague on land how it worked. They got annoyed with me and said you cant lie to yourself, it wont work and now they were starting to feel sick on land just thinking about being at sea. I said if you can make yourself feel sick on land then you should be able to make yourself feel great at sea. Lies become truth if repeated enough. Its hypnosis, Like the placebo effect.

@@alanblair3180 I do believe you're correct. We have to be careful what we feed our minds because it'll write the script of who we are and play out in life as to what we'll get.
