After the last outing we had some carnage to fix. We did the TLR shock seal upgrade and CPE end link chassis braces. It’s a whole new animal!!!

I've got the King Sling. Running it on Grave Digger wheels and Proline Demolishers. I destroy the rod ends on the upper, front links. Actually drove the links into the motor on both sides and dented the motor can. These braces look like a great idea. Thanks Custom Garage, Great vid. I've also being running, TLR 40W shock oil all around. It's been planted off jumps pretty good. It is very hot here in Australia currently though.

does all the aluminum add much weight overall? looking at the ssd 1/2 axles, they only replace the stock 3 piece plastic for 1 piece aluminum. other than that, i may do aluminum chassis braces and probable the shock oil and tlr seals! thanks for the great vid.

I haven’t weighed the two we have, but you can tell there is a difference. The one truck has the aluminum axles and the aluminum center which adds a lot. I personally would not do the axles until they break. We are leaving a lot of the other OG grave digger stock and adding a few braces and stuff. Thank you for positivity!!! The TLR seal kit is huge!! It makes a big difference

Just got my LMT about 2 months ago and my left rear shock is sticking so I think you may have helped me with my decision. I was looking at aftermarket stuff.

We ended up using TLR 30 weight. I like it so far. Stock is 25, maybe 35 if it’s going to be a hot day

I like and use MIP the most. I also have some protek tools as well

@@Mazdatechsenior automotive wise I use a lot of older craftsmen for wrenches, Matco for screwdrivers and snap on as well. For the super small 5.5mm nuts and stuff the protek and a regular sockets work well. If you can’t get in there, needle nose and small pliers work well
