The way your mom makes her tamales reminds me of my seguera's tamales she use to put alot of mole in them. I made with her on Christmas Eve one year. She's was from Jalisco Mexico 🇲🇽. Your mom got down with the whole meal. My husband loves tamales with alot of mole homemade beans & rice.
