This is why sf4 is my favorite fighting game not just the game but it had a such peak fighting game scene I mean the lowtiergod clip alone came from this game with all the hype clips and community no other fighting game could compete such a goated time am I right lol

Sagat player does Ultra, but Viper's landing makes her crouch a lot and dodge the first hit of the ultra (wich is a small jump), almost pixel perfect whiff! and we know the rest :) as an answer comes a bit late seeing u asked 4 yrs ago but it's still something if you still wonder :) peace

Man when that happened to Gamerbee at EVO2015 I fucking cried, that's so heartbreaking. Should've just taken the game :(

you can't take the game, only the round. People can say whatever they want, but momochi was up a round and he was very ahead in the round that his stick died. Gamerbee came out a winner in that situation regardless even though it killed the game's momentum.

Maybe Street Fighter 6 can reignite the spark and magic of this time. The CEO tournament in Daytona Beach, Florida was pretty epic, with the crowd singing along to the versus screen showcase (and the boos and jeers when it was skipped), to MenaRD beating Nephew with Blanka.

+Anton Kolesnikov It was Mago vs Uryo two insane Japanese player's that had an insanely close game. It was vanilla also so an early match in SFIV history that went very close. A really good match.

+Michael Twinn Pretty sure that was the Grand Final for the first Godsgarden, one of the first tournaments in SFIV where all the Japanese top players took place. IIRC Mago was in the loser's side and went all the way.
