We are all weh not krahn. Krahn means nothing in all our various dialects. Our elders in Liberia must fight hard to erase the word krahn and replace it with weh because that’s what we are.

WHEN THE GROUP FIRST STARTED THEY WERE CALLED SAHN-DEE-DEH BUT THE NAME WAS CHANGE TO WASSIATO IN THE LATE 80s. WASSIATO CAME TO EXISTENCE IN 1990 WITH CLAUDE ROMY, BLE MARIUS, JETSOLO, DJOLO ALAIN AND TWO OTHER GUYS THAT I CAN NOT REMEMBER RIGHT NOW... IN 1994 THE GROUP SPLIT INTO TWO, WASSIATO GENERATION HEADED BY CLAUDE ROMY AND WASSIATO SUPER HEADED BY BLE MARIUS. THE GROUP LATER CAME BACK TOGETHER IN 2014..
